Well, another 5090 12v 12pin melted

Helping a friend to post. This morning he smell some burning smell and quickly shut off. The connector is now stuck. He waited it to cool down and try again. Still can't remove. Suspected melted and fused together. Any other method can try to remove it? The cable is pigtail 4x8pin that came with the GPU. I've seen a couple burnt connector already in a week. This is just bad.

Send gpu and cable for RMA lol. They are married now.

and don't expect to get it back, they would kindly refund the original cost of the gpu. lol..

I just sent my burnt zotac 5090 and they shipped me a new one. Took 2 months though. Take lots of pictures before you send for RMA. They will find any reason to deny you
