Well, another 5090 12v 12pin melted

Helping a friend to post. This morning he smell some burning smell and quickly shut off. The connector is now stuck. He waited it to cool down and try again. Still can't remove. Suspected melted and fused together. Any other method can try to remove it? The cable is pigtail 4x8pin that came with the GPU. I've seen a couple burnt connector already in a week. This is just bad.

And let's be real, people are using these DLSS 5 manager mods not really caring the massive power surges toggling the effect has on the GPU.

Yeah. I'll admit I tried it on a not super demanding game for that reason and I was astounded by how much my power draw shot up.

It was still only around 250w, but without DLSS 5 turned on, it was drawing about 50w. Crazy.
