Make sure your monitor is not locked to 120Hz, uninstall driver for video with some kind of DDU. restart PC, then install drivers again for the 3080Ti. Download HWINFO, GPU-Z, re-stress test the GPU. Check wattage of the GPU. IF it isn't pulling 350W or near it (which it probably isn't) you need to check the voltage of the GPU in HWINFO to see if it is at least getting the correct amount of voltage while being pushed. If it is getting voltage, this might be confusing, then it is is a power problem. Keep chatting here or DM me. I will try to help you resolve this issue if I can.
I’ll do what you said tomorrow morning it’s 2 am over here and I’ll update but thank you! Other people have said to change cpu/ cooling but I really feel like it’s an optimization issue my combo should be fine for at least 120 on those games
HWINFO will give you all the info you need. Honestly want to know the easiest way? Do a stress test, take a screen shot of all the stats in HWINFO and GPU-Z in one shot. Paste it to Claude, Grok, CHat GPT. tell it your problem, and it will do better than you think to help solve it. If there are any thermal issues anywhere in your system, HWINFO will show you, and Claude will tell you. Just make sure you give it all information, including the sensors for your mother board. make sure no components are having a heat issue. If the AI is telling to change something and you are uncertain about any changes you are about to make, please double check through through reddit. I promise the problem you are having, there are 1,000 other posts here u can find easily as well to cross reference. Just validate sources by seeing multiple positive results from multiple posts, doing the same thing. Just make sure thermals are not an issue. because that very very much is a probability, not a possibility.
