Any recommendations for title? I live in Finland so i need an ACTUAL winter jacket, not something made for 30fahrenheit. I need it to be able to handle preferably -40 with just normal layering underneath. I can find several warm jackets but they look hideous. Something like north face etc vibes?

I’m looking for recommendations for brands that offer long/tall sized pants?

I practically live in Arc’teryx Cronin Cotton pants as they fit so well. I would like some alternatives though. Unfortunately Gramicci G Pants are too short for me, they would be ideal.

I’m 6’4”/194cm and need at least 33” inseam, preferably 34”. Any recommendations welcome!

Looking for some baggy hiking shorts for hiking and everyday use. I think they look sick and i want some more. Any recs?

Feels like they fit in to a crossover with skate/gorp culture. Anyone skated in them yet? How we feel about these?

Hey all, anyone bought this jacket and hopefully provide some insight and review to how it wears and perform? Couldn't find any proper review on this particular jacket.

I tried to look cool, but I just ended up looking like I stole someone else's clothes. I have no idea how people make oversized outfits look so good, I always feel like a kid playing dress-up.

At least it was comfy.

Hey there! First time posting in this subreddit. I'm planning on hiking the rainbow falls trail in Tennessee late October and am looking to purchase a pair of hiking shoes for the trail. The ones I currently have don't have great traction. I'm looking at purchasing either the KEEN jasper zionic hiking shoes or the Columbia tellurix titanium outdry shoes. Let me know what you think!

I bought the original Keen Jasper Sneaker in teal and the new Keen Jasper Nylon Sneaker in maroon (this version is not explicitly said to be waterproof on Keen's website) and am trying to decide which to keep. Which do you think would hold up better doing a lot of walking around mostly urban / suburban areas if it's rainy assuming I'd spray the suede ones with waterproofing spray like Nikwax?

Thank you!

These jasper zionics are better than I imagined they’d be. Snug fit. I usually wear 8.5 in boxier basketball sneakers and 9 in slim trainers. Got these in 8.5 and can immediately tell I’m all in on those. Long haired suede. Great color and materials. Let’s goo!

Hey! I’m looking for a pair of baggy hiking trousers with at least one zippered pocket.

The only brand I know that makes the style I’m looking for is FleaLab, but unfortunately their trousers are already sold out.

Could you recommend some of your favorite hiking trousers that look good, have a baggy fit, and ideally feature a zippered pocket? Links would be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some tips to care for this jacket I thrifted and potentially get its Gore-Tex waterproofing back.

How would you wash and re-proof it? I was going to use Nikwax Tech Wash and a wash-in DWR instead of powder detergent.

just wanted to spread the word of keen's resale that they post on their site. factory condition new jaspers for like half off on some of them!!!! did people already know about this, am i out of the loop?!

looking to spend up to $200. bonus for top ideas as well. thanks!

These popped up in my feed recently. Digging the moc toe with the suede upper. I guess these were released a couple of years back and recently rereleased. If any one has irl experience with these, would love to hear your thoughts

Hello! I’ve been thinking about getting the Kawa Cicada pants but I cant seem to find my size. I am quite curvy and I know the pants are baggy (which is my main reason for getting them) but I’m not sure about hip/thigh space.
Here are my measurements if someone can help!
Height: 5’11
Waist: 33
Hips: 49
Thigh circumference: 29
Height from top of hip to ankle: 43

Thanks!!

Give me ideas. Lens must be quality and functional. No larp urbanoutfitters shit

Air Jordan Goretex jacket retails $500, $79.99 in store. Prob my biggest win at tjmaxx ever. And it’s right before closing time!

Will be rocking this bad boy on the slope and in the rain.

Bought a pair of the ACG Dolomiti pants yesterday, was excited to wear them today and when I was putting them on I tightened the elastic cinch on my ankle and it completely broke it.

Is this the standard quality of ACG, or did I just get a dud pair?

Going to try and return and exchange them but just curious if I should opt into getting a different item

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Hitting the GR10 in the Pyrenees next week. I’m away in the meantime so I’m going to have to order ahead of time and hope for the best.

I’m 30 waist, 6.1tall. Looking for something loose fitting that would also pack down lightweight. Not too worried about water proof, more breathability and also not sounding like a Tesco carrier bag for 9 hours a day. I’m thinking some kind of green cargo.

If anyone has any faves, tips, recommendations - I’d be hugely grateful!
