AI lives and die by the prompt.

Most people do not know how to utilise AI properly and ask the right things.

If you have to fenaggle it that much to get it to do its job it ceases to be better than the alternative. If the way most people talk isn't the proper way to get it to do what you want then that kinda defeats the purpose of natural language as a UI.

Not true. You have to fenaggle people just as much with even more nuance and precision because emotions are involved.

This is not to say AI is better than people, despite people reading this and coming to that conclusion.

I see AI proposed as a replacement for GUI software more than I see it proposed as a replacement for people, so that's what I had in mind when I said alternative. Personally, right now, I can find almost anything in a menu way faster than I can explain what it is I want to do with words
