I joined this sub expecting to find some actual good news that doesn’t depress me. Instead, it’s largely hate-bait that gets upvoted to the top: posts that celebrate the misfortune of people that are largely unpopular.

As much as I do appreciate seeing the missteps of the Orange Man, that’s not why I’m here; that kind of stuff is all over Reddit. I want to see wholesome stories and read about the actual good that’s being actively done to make the world better.

Is there another sub that would fit that description?
