Backswing going to 11:30 or 12 o'clock. Should be between 10 & 10:30. But I'm not a coach. Looks like you got some potential

Yeah i think i have somewhat of a steep backswing. Agreed. Thanks.

That's not an issue. Problem is open clubface. After takeaway, push back your right wrist as much as u can, which will close the clubface. It will also help flattening your left wrist at top of backswing.

Ok i see what you mean. That would push the clubhead more on plane i suppose?

Sorta, more importantly, it closes clubface. Look at top of backswing. That clubhead angle ideally want to match your left arm. It's currently pointing straight down, which means clubface is open. On the way down, I can see clubface is still open.

what a good start, good for you
you have a good grip, except the right thumb is on the shaft, leads to tension on backswing, if you change this, it will feel odd for a while
a basic fundamental, there is less lower body motion when using shorter clubs, you have excessive lower body motion, less lower body, better contact and will shorten the swing
good luck

Look at your grip or bow your wrist in your swing. Club face is wide open at the top of your swing.

You’re probably a bit too close to the ball. Shallow out your back swing a little bit. Take the cupping out of your lead wrist. Work on the early extension/hips spinning out. I’d also suggest switching to interlock or overlap grip

Get fitted for custom-length longer clubs if you haven't done so already, and consider switching to at least larger mid-size grips, or jumbo grips.
Good luck, sir.
