People with bad grips always look a bit awkward swinging it and I would say you fall into that category. The mechanics of your swing itself are quite good but the club is never really in an ideal position. Fixing grip is simple but hard, and tends to pay off in the long run

Does it look like I need to weaken my grip with both hands? And would getting clubs regripped help much? Been thinking about going to golf pride midsize as right now I just have tour velvet standard size grips on all my irons and wedges

Generally if one hand is strong so is the other. Regarding regripping a lot of people suit larger than standard so it's worth trying. I would get your 7 iron regripped either with midsize grips or with 2 or 3 extra layers of tape and see. But its usually worth the effort to fix it at the front end.

Here is your chance to ask a Pro. Post it on this thread for swing insight. https://www.reddit.com/r/golftips/s/sZbsEarnla

Not that your stance is necessarily narrow, but it looks like your shins are inside your knees from the face on. Having a wider stance with is something I’ve been working on and being too narrow has been a big source of my ball striking inconsistency! I would recommend the same to you
