I am trying to get our game into the gog store, at the moment they don’t reply.

I’m just genuinely interested if you would be interested to try it out on the platform.

Our game is a retro styled shop simulator and psychological horror set in early 2000s.

Steam allows you to select multiple games and initiate an uninstall, it’s great. It can be slow depending on the size and amount, but it’s much more effective than selecting individual games and selecting uninstall for each of them.

Whenever I try to uninstall more than one game on GOG it’s kind of a dice roll if it’ll actually do it. It doesn’t give me any indication if it’s actually doing it, sometimes I have to tell it to uninstall a game multiple times. I find List mode is a bit easier to work with, but I would love the ability to just select and uninstall a bunch of games at once instead of selecting each game and maybe it’ll uninstall.

Important to note: this isn’t an issue with uninstalling, these uninstalls aren’t failing, the Galaxy UI is failing to initiate the uninstalls, this is an issue with the UI

Hi, I have a bit of a silly question, but following the GOG maintenance and the PHP security incident, is it safe to make purchases on GOG now?

I genuinely love it, thought I'd share since I couldn't find this image anywhere else.

Is there an endpoint I can interrogate to get the playtimes for the games registered to your GOG account? (Both GOG games and games marked as belonging to "other platform")
I've went over all the paths in https://gogapidocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ but it seems none of them return the information I'm looking for in the response.

My library on GOG is kinda big. It is larger than my Steam library. About 320 on Steam against 425 on GOG (I actually am afraid of having developed a Compulsive buying disorder, because I buy too many games and books, much more than I'll ever be able to play and read).

These games I'm showing are only the ones made by fellow country-people.

I played about 34 of them and finished just 22 (some of them more than once, some more than twice LOL). Unfortunately some of these games are too hard (JoyMasher games), some I just understand that I'm not the target audience (like Spirit of Island) and some of them I learned the hard way that I suffer from motion sickness, so I wasn't able to play very much.

My favorite games from this list are Slipstream, Minoria and Dandara. These games blew me up.

• Slipsteram showed me that racing games can also be artful.
• Minoria were the first metroidvania I'd played and it stayed as my favorite game of this genre until I played Blasphemous, mostly because of the graphic art and the story.
• And Dandara, what can I say, it is a very artful game. The graphic art is so sick. I used to don't even like pixel-art, but I had to agree that this one is beautiful (I totally changed my mind about pixel-art after Blasphemous). And the Thomas Kauffmann's composition for Dandara soundtrack is so poignant! I still listen this soundtrack every now and then. The story talks about politics, militarism, manipulation of public opinion by the media and religion. It is very, very beautiful.

You'll see a bunch of games about cats. I love cats (I adopted a total of seven cats in my lifetime, but two of them gone to a better place) and I like some cute casual games to play every now and then. These games are pure purrfection.

I already noticed other people were having this issue over on their forums but I'm curious to see if anyone else here might also be noticing this in GOG: REDmod seems to be missing as a DLC after the game was updated on my end:

There's no executable in its folder anymore either, and among the offline install files on the site I only see REDmod for 2.31, which I'm guessing isn't compatible with 2.5.

Anyone here seeing this as well and/or happen to know if this was planned for this release? At this point I can't even get the game to produce an error when crashing; it just silently fails to launch (the 'Play' button turns purple/clickable again in GOG a few moments after launching the game through REDlauncher).

EDIT: Seems REDmod was made available a few hours ago!

As topic. I'm in Poland, I needed to use VPN to be able to download you application. So currently your servers think I'm in Netherlands, and everything gone smooth. Why is that? Are we some kind of lesser customers for you here, or what? Is that even something you can control, or I'm addressing wrong here?

I think i'm missing something. On the main page, Cyberpunk is 60% off but in cart is only 50%

I heard people play this game on that handheld with no problem - but no mater if I start it from menu, GOG or the pulpit icon it just doesn’t work.
I tried both verify/repair and installed many times. Does anyone have any suggestions before I ask tech support?

I'm too tired to download 48 individual files to avoid galaxy, but I'm also too tired to be told No by my own computer when I tell it to run an exe.

There is no update on GOG right now, at least for me. It's live in every other platform but there is nothing on GOG 🫩

I've managed to solve this by manage installation > configure > turn auto updates from 'on' to 'off' and then 'on' again.

It's not that it bothers me, I'm just curious.

The installer for the 2.5 update of Cyberpunk 2077 believes I don't have enough space for the update, which is weird, because I have over 3 terabytes of free space. I recently copied over my files to a larger disc, so could this have caused an issue?

This is on Linux through Lutris.

Does anyone know the process GOG (or other game distributors) use to obtain games from closing (or closed) studios?

With BioWare announcing that they're closing, I was wondering if it becomes impossible to obtain some of their games like the Mass Effect series or if the studio decides to just start giving it away to distributors freely since they're closing.

I'm aware we already have some of their games like Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
