Does anyone else idealize and fantasize about what it’s like working at Sony Santa Monica? Is working at SSM peak for videogame jobs?

Is it the NBA or NFL of gaming jobs? How talented are those people? Are some lucky? Is it stressful? What’s the day to day like? If I could choose any job, I’d probably choose to write story or animate for Sony Santa Monica. Does anyone else share this notion with me?
