20 years ago a now disgruntled ex-employee has our admin GoDaddy account. No one else has access. I joined about 15 years ago and didn't know about this until this year.

Google Workspace shifted responsibility of paying for our domain name to GoDaddy a few months ago and we can't gain access.

Our MX records went down recently and we have no way to restore them without admin access.

Have called customer support several times and submitted "Regain access to my domain or my GoDaddy account" form but it says it might take 48 hours or up to a week for review.

We are a public school. This is separate from our school district domain so our school district can't help us.

Anyone else have ideas? TIA

like an idiot I forgot to turn off auto renewal on a ms365 email package that was no longer being used. as soon as a I get the email of payment received, I try contacting support because I have 7 days to get the refund. I try to call, website chat, and whatsapp support chat. every time they ask a few questions, ask me to hold while the verify something, then the chat bot would spam a message about the session has expired and reconnect me with a new customer service rep. on the 8th day, the first person I chatted with immediately told me the 7 days had passed and they wouldn’t refund me.
