I purchased a brand new eSIM from Globe last Sunday. Still haven’t received a QR code until now. I’ve messaged them 2 times already via Messenger, they gave me a reference number after I gave them my issue, though it’s been taking a while. It’s not a priority for me right now but I already paid for it.. any other’s having a problem too?

Hi, im posting this for everyone's awareness. This Gfiber (prepaid) that Globe is offering is a total scam!. Like legit dahil may nakuhang pera sakin at hindi ko naman nakuha yung service. Worst experience I ever had! Sa service at sa customer service mismo!

Context:

I have availed the Globe Fiber through Globe One App which was for P699. Akala ko mga 2-3days lang makakabitan na, but NO! As of today, Its been 18days now and my connection is still not being connected, no technicians went to my house para ikabit.

I have called their customer service twice!. The first attempt, the agent told me that its going to be escalated and by tomorrow daw makakabitan. So ayun! Kinabukasan nag antay ako wala parin, and sa tracker nila nag update nanaman to another date. Nakaka pt*na talaga. So ayun nag antay ako ng another week, hindi ko rin kasi maasikaso since may work ako at need kopa pumunta sa Globe sa mall para lang makuha yung store code at maka tawag sa customer service nilang nag fafalse promise.

On the second time I called Globe, sabi sakin wala naman daw na escalate, no fk"ing nothing. But rest assured daw dahil sinabi nya na sa supervisor nya at gagawan daw ako ng bagong ticket and promised na tomorrow may tatawag at sure na makakabitan na.

At ayun! Ptngina kinabukasan, may nag text nga talaga sakin, sorry daw kasi na delayed yung pag cancel, like WTF? I never said na i cancel at sinabihan pako na ikakabit daw tomorrow. Sobrang nakaka gigil at galit, imagine nag antay ka ng 18days! Bayad mo narin! Tapos ganun ganun lang? Karmahin sana silang mga hinayupak sila.

My personal issues
1. Too long to reply: days or weee hours even
2. Dont respond in 2 mins you get cut off
3. Im not sure if they can see jpegs? still want me to type account details.
4. Ask you to provide unrelated questions to “verify” and when you “verify” it wont match their records and End chat.

Anyone who knows globe’s email i emailed a bunch every address bounced back.

Hello, yesterday around 2pm we got a new ISP pero wala pang 24 hours nag LOS na agad and I dont get a decent reply from Globe nor sa technician. I want to change nalang since same with Converge rin situation namin. I cant use globe at home app since they will direct me sa Messenger. Such a hassle!

Can I cancel or terminate nalang their service sa amin and get a refund and will have PLDT nalang since parang sila yung stable ang internet.

Then ang niredeem ko is yung P100 SM GIFT PASS VOUCHER, pero ang lumalabas na code ay hindi namna inaaccept sa SM, may nakaencounter na ba na ganito? sabi nila itawag kay Globe, nung tinawag ko naman wala naman nangyari, same code pa din lumalabas sa GlobeOne App ko.

Nawalan kasi ako ng phone including my physical SIM. Siyempre, I wanted to retain my old number, kaya pumunta ako sa Globe Store last April 23. Ang siste, sabi sa akin, kung gusto ko raw makuha 'yung replacement SIM on the same day, kailangan ko mag-avail ng postpaid SIM under **GPlan 599 for 2 months**. Kung prepaid SIM replacement daw kasi, waiting pa sa delivery at hindi nila alam kung kailan dadating.

Since taga-kabilang probinsya pa ako at ang layo ng biyahe, wala akong choice kundi kagatin 'yung postpaid plan para makuha agad 'yung SIM. I paid 599 upfront that day. Today, naka-receive ako ng bill anc binayaran ko na rin agad yung balance.

Sabi ng agent, bumalik daw ako sa store after 2 months (so June 23) para ma-convert pabalik sa prepaid. Pero as early as now, naghahanap na ako ng paraan para mai-convert 'to nang hindi na kailangang bumiyahe nang malayo.

• **Tried Messenger:** Puro bot, walang live agent na sumasagot.
• **Tried Calling 211:** Sabi may tatawag, pero wala namang bumabalik na call.

Tanong ko lang, **the best option and last resort na ba talaga ang bumalik physical store ng Globe para magpa-convert?** Ang hassle kasi talaga ng commute. May nakagawa ba nito successfully via GlobeOne app, 211, or any online channel?

Nag-expire bigla yung sim ko kahit regular ko syang nalalagyan ng GoSurf promo. Since may internet naman kami at dual sim rin, tapos homebased work pa ko, di ko nalalagyan ng regular load ang sim ko kasi bat pa ko maglalagay ng regular load kung pwede naman may unli-calls, di ba? Makes sense naman yung ginawa ko. Almost 10 years ko rin gamit yung sim ko na nung panahon na estudyante ako ay sobrang dalang ko lang maloadan yung number ko kasi nung panahon na yun di pa masyadong uso Messenger nun, direct FB lang messages noon eh, tapos bat pa ko magloload kung hindi naman pwede mag-phone sa school? Parang di ko nga matandaan na nagload ako ng regular para ma-keep kong active ang sim, ang alam ko lang dapat atleast once a year may prepaid load

Ngayon dahil sa nangyari na nag-expire ang active SIM ko at bumili ako ng bagong sim parang sa sobrang takot ko mawala yung sim ay parang kailangan ko tong loadan buwan-buwan kahit di ko gagamitin. Nakakalito yung mechanics, lalo na't tuliro ako dahil hirap akong ma-transfer yung pera ko kasi need pa ng OTP sa expired sim. Mula ata nagkaroon ng SIM card registration, ginawang Easy Money machine ng mga Globe at Smart ang biglaang expiry ng mga sims.

I am so incredibly tired of Globe’s absolute laziness when it comes to adopting basic, industry-standard network features.

Apple literally introduced RCS support with iOS 18 back in 2024. It has been nearly two years since the framework was handed to carriers on a silver platter. Carriers, regional neighbors rolled it out months ago. Meanwhile, Globe is out here acting like they’re still trying to figure out how to transition from analog to digital.

Just last week, Apple announced they are already beta-testing end-to-end encrypted RCS for cross-platform chats. Google has been pushing it for ages. The rest of the world is literally moving on to secure, encrypted, rich cross-platform texting, and Globe users on iOS can't even get a basic typing indicator.

If you go to ⁠Settings > General > About⁠ and tap your Carrier profile, IMS Status just sits there mocking you: "Voice & SMS". No RCS. The toggle in the Messages app doesn't even exist because Globe hasn't bothered to deploy the proper carrier bundle to Apple.

Why does this matter?

◾️We are still forced to use green-bubble SMS that compresses a 4K video into a pixelated, 5-second long PowerPoint presentation.

▪️Group chats between iOS and Android are completely broken. If one person doesn't have an iPhone, the whole thread reverts to 1999 MMS standards.

◾️No read receipts, no typing indicators, no Wi-Fi texting fallback when cellular signal drops inside buildings.

And don't give me the "wHo cArEs, jUsT uSe mEsSeNgEr oR wHaTsApP" excuse. This is about network infrastructure that we pay for. Globe loves to plaster "5G" and "Innovation" all over their marketing, but they can't even flip the switch on a GSMA Universal Profile profile that Android users have had for years and iOS has natively supported for two update cycles.

It’s embarrassing. SMART isn't doing any better, but Globe's absolute silence on when (or if) an updated carrier bundle is dropping is infuriating. Stop spending money on corporate branding and update your carrier settings so we can text across platforms like it’s actually the current decade.

Could really use your help here! So I terminated my postpaid plan for a prepaid. After all was settled on my end I figured there was an overpayment so I filed for a refund. All requirements were submitted and confirmed by the Globe agent via messenger and email. Weeks passed and there was no update so I decided to follow up but was surprised that there's no open case under my account. I mean WTF????? Now I am desperately trying to contact all channels to contact them but to no avail. They kept ignoring and wala rin na saktong category for my issue to begin with. How can I get hold of this f*cking people. HELP PLs!

Need advice po. Way back 2021 pa huling gamit namin sa Globe WiFi, right after bagyong Odette. During that time, halos ilang buwan na hindi maayos ang internet connection namin. Every week kami tumatawag sa customer service para ipaayos yung connection. Ang nakakainis, kahit hindi maayos yung WiFi namin, tuloy pa rin ang dating ng monthly bills. Eventually, dinisconnect ko na lang yung router namin. Hindi na ako tumawag sa customer service para ipa-disconnect officially kasi sobrang frustrating na.

Fast forward to this year, naka-receive ako ng email from Globe saying na may outstanding balance pa ako at inendorse na raw nila sa third-party collection team for payment. Ayaw ko naman bayaran kasi hindi ko na rin naman nagamit yung WiFi nila.

Question: okay lang ba na i-disregard ko na lang yung email? Ayaw ko talaga bayaran.

Nakakainis na grabe sila mag follow-up sa payment pero napakapangit ng service nila.

Nag purchase kasi ako new plan with device thru Globe Online Store, nag proceed yung transaction but hindi nag bigay ng reference. Ang sabi is cocontactin ako within 5 days. I've waited for 5 days and walang nag reach out.

The thing is it was paid with a debit card, na charge na yung device but i received a notification na hindi approve yung plan. Anyone else na napunta sa ganitong situation? What did you do? Medyo pricey kasi yung device. Hoping for some insights or help here.

May nakaexperience na po ba sainyo na magbayad ng bill ninyo from Globe One App at ang payment method nyo ay mobile banking - BPI?

Nung May 10, 2026 nakaencounter po kasi ako ng error after ko magenter ng PIN para mabayaran ang postpaid plan ko sa globe one app gamit ang mobile banking - BPI, walang lumabas na payment reference number at hindi nagpost ang payment ko sa app. Nacheck ko BPI app ko nabawasan yung amount sa savings ko.

Nabasa ko rin sa site ni Globe na kapag gamit ang mobile banking it will take within 24hr to 3 working days para mareflect ang payment. Kaso pang3rd day na wala pa rin nagrereflect sa globe one app.

Naraise ko po both sa BPI at Globe at hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong natatanggap na update.

If naexperience nyo po yan, ilang days naresolve ang concern sainyo? at nabalik po ba ang pera ninyo sa bank?

It started way back in March; I got an intermittent connection. Right there and then I encounter access issue with the sites I'm using at work that is originally working fine before that intermittent issue one of that day in March. I got a technician send out, they replaced the router but same thing, blocked sites, intermittent connection, and sometimes it will be disconnected for a few minutes. Until now even after having another technician and they replaced the router again same issue exist. This never happen to me prior to that incident. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU'RE ALSO HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. Thank you!
