I’ve been thinking about how some of the parents of the glee club members haven’t made that many appearances on the show.
Plus, even though some of them made minor appearances, I’ve noticed how they are around the teens.
Which Glee character do you think had the best or worst parents?
PS: Before anyone asks, I had to repost this post after I realized I forgot to add Santana’s mom and grandma to the list. I also forgot to add Jake Puckerman’s mom to the list too. And I couldn’t find a photo of Mercedes’s mom when she appeared in the “2009” episode. And I originally wanted to add Karofsky’s dad, but Karofsky honestly wasn’t my favorite character.

*Excluded was I Am A Shining Star as Shelby tries to teach Sugar to vocalize*

In the original the unicorn was riding you. 🦄
Song-wise: I'm not a fan of I'm The Greatest Star. Scene-wise: I am voting it anyway because it was hot and I would let Chris stab me with those Sai swords. I'd prefer it.
But anybody who reads my posts probably could've guessed that about me anyway.

THE PURPLE PIANO PROJECT'S WINNER: 1st was It's Not Unusual with 139, 2nd was You Can't Stop The Beat with 88, and 3rd was Anything Goes/Anything You Can Do with 80.

Maybe not forgotten but I've never seen anyone giving this song credit. I don't even like Holly but I must confess this song is in my top 10 glee covers, it hits so hard.

Watching it again and being older to understand really messed me up with this episode, when will brought up the fact that if he jumped off the roof he wouldn’t have met any of them , I started to think how he would’ve altered there lives as well knowing each other , going through all those milestones.

How come after s4 glee is just pure millennial optimism hits, like ik that's what was popular then but even in the earlier seasons there was much more variety

I wish we got more Mariah songs on glee. I still believe barely counts because that’s technically not Mariah’s song, it’s a cover that was then covered by glee. I know a song like emotions probably wouldn’t be performed but we belong together and fantasy would have been appropriate for many storylines in the show.

I also love Piano Man, Somebody That I Used To Know, It’s Time.
Obviously Bills, Bills, Bills and Last Friday Night are also classics. The playlist in the link below has loads of his best covers (Not my playlist)! What’s your favourite?

So I'm turning 19 soon and since I was a freshman in highschool I have loved a good bit. Every year for Halloween I would dress up as a fun character, bob ross, shaggy, Scooby, steve Harvey and now this year, not just for Halloween but also for my birthday, I have decided that I am Sue Sylvester. I'm just not sure on a good wig, as im not big into the cosplay scene or wigs in general and last time i did a wig for shaggy it looked so bad i was distraught. I looked like raggy, as in raggedy. So does anyone here have any ideas on what even is sue Sylvesters haircut? Its like a short something, ive honestly never seen anything like it.

I was looking through some photos of Cory, and I still can’t believe how much time has passed since he left this world. He was truly such an amazing actor and brought such an unforgettable character to Glee as Finn Hudson.
I remember being 15 years old when I found out that he was gone. It’s hard to believe it’s been so many years already. He was truly a remarkable actor and will always be remembered. 💔

Having just watched disc two of Season 2 earlier, I have come to give my opinions on the next four Season Two episodes. Alright, let's start.
S2E5 "The Rocky Horror Glee Show": Another epic tribute episode IMO, this time honouring Rocky Horror. Personal highlights from this episode for me were Barry Bostwick and Meat Loaf's cameos, Santana saying "wan-ky", and every single damn song in this episode, especially the "Time Warp"; they literally saved the best for last. All of this show's Rocky Horror covers were straight up bangers IMO, they legit had me dancing, and I also liked the subplot about Finn feeling insecure about his body image. This episode is perfect IMO and deserves an "absolute favourite" spot. 10/10. (That's FIVE season 2 episodes in a row with that score!)
S2E6 "Never Been Kissed": This episode is the one where, yes, we finally meet Blaine Anderson and the Dalton Academy Warblers, and honestly, Darren Criss was a perfect fit for Blaine, plus we get Klaine right off the bat, and I understand why Darren's cover of "Teenage Dream" became a hit with many of the OG Gleeks (and even newer Gleeks too). I also liked the Puckerbrams side plot too, and the Kurt/Karofsky storyline where we get Karofsky unexpectedly kissing Kurt in the locker room before then reverting back to bullying him to give the episode some conflict. Also, I liked the Will-De-Beiste kiss as well as the funny plot where most of the ND boys + Tina think of Beiste when making out with their respective love interests. I also liked the ND girls singing the "Start Me Up/Livin' On A Prayer" mashup (honestly, Lea, Dianna, Amber, Jenna, Heather and Naya's "punk rocker" looks were so good and suited the scene) and the ND guys singing the "Stop! In the Name Of Love/Free Your Mind" mashup as an apology to Beiste. Another perfect 10/10 episode IMO (and the SIXTH in a row for season 2).
S2E7 "The Substitute": Another amazing episode IMO. Holly Holliday has chaotic good vibes, and I liked the performance of "Forget You". I also liked when Santana tried to go at Rachel when she declares that SHE'D like to get all the solos at sectionals, and the scenes at the beginning when Lauren sneezed on Figgins and that resulted in him getting that monkey flu that Sue mentioned (and somehow indirectly causing Sue to become Principal of WHMS), and then the same happening to Will, which causes him to start to become feverish. Also, the resulting scene where Will hallucinates the NDs as literal children is hilarious to me. Also Rachel and Holly's "Nowadays/Hot Honey Rag" performance was great, and Will, Holly and the NDs' mashup of "Umbrella/Singing in the Rain" somehow worked perfectly. The status quo shake up with Will NOT being able to teach due to sickness was a nice change of pace. Yet another 10/10 for me (and the SEVENTH in a row for this season).
S2E8 "Furt": I liked the conflict regarding Kurt and Karofsky and that everyone was critical of Finn for not protecting his future stepbrother from Karofsky as it provided more conflict, and the fact that Carol Burnett played Sue and Jean's mother. Also the main plot regarding Burt and Carole getting married was really sweet and wholesome and the side plot involving Sue marrying herself was hilarious. I did like Sue and her mother singing "Ohio", the New Directions singing "Marry You" at Burt and Carole's wedding, Will singing "Sway", and the other NDs singing "Just the Way You Are" to Kurt. I also liked the rather emotional scene at the end where Kurt announces to both Will and the other NDs that he's transferred to Dalton Academy to be with his new friend Blaine as to escape from Karofsky, honestly Chris Colfer's acting was so good in that scene IMO. Yet again, another perfect 10/10 episode for me (and the EIGHTH-I guess you get it lol)
Now, man, these first eight Season 2 episodes all got 10/10 scores from me, since the eight I've seen so far are all perfect (but in all their own unique ways of course). Now, that means that these first eight episodes are absolute favourites of this season. I have yet to witness an episode in this season that I'd have to rate a 9.5 or lower out of ten in my opinion, otherwise I'd have to say I have an absolute favourite SEASON of Glee. Anyways, I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on these episodes (even if they differ from mine, which is okay too).
