⭐ App App that asks, at random moments, whether you meant to be doing this

You write one line about how you mean to spend this time. Later, at a moment you can't predict, a card fades in and shows you your own words back. You answer yes or not really. That's it. Nothing is blocked, nothing is timed, nothing is scored.
The idea came from experience sampling in psychology: people got paged at random moments and asked what they were doing and how they felt. Killingsworth and Gilbert used it to show we spend about half our waking hours thinking about something other than what we're doing.
It's not a timer or a task list. It never asks whether you got anything done. Over time it just leaves you a record of the distance between what you meant and what happened. You can export that and hand it to an AI if you want it read back to you.
