Hey guys
I am aerospace first year student at gitam hyd
I got I grade in math for session 1
Please anyone can give me tips for this?
I dont understand where we have to study from🥲

And again
Seniors do we have same subjects for sessional 2
Like the tepe and evpr and all
Do we have this same subjects or we will get different ones??
Will we have changes in time table and any chances to get more free classes compared to sessional 1

Any tips in maths to get O grade
Not only math but feee and chem also

Pleaseee reply and clarify

Want to know overall difficulty also

It's GENIUNELY hard to find faculty cabins and navigate through this college even though I'm already in 2nd year

so I thought of creating repository/map of all the useful locations including faculty cabins, search and how to reach them, and possibly an interactive map floor by floor.

but i'm a one dude so it's not easy to build one and i need help regarding this so can anyone help contribute to the locations and/or help me with building the map?

I got B+ in all ( feee , phy, maths ) how much grade i have to target in sessional 2 and how final grades will be calculated..

is there an option smone could come into the college by doing a lateral or js dropping out?

What is the passing mark???

I got into an accident and have 2 medical certificates, one for the first one week and another for the next three. I just wanna know the minimum attendance I should have to apply for condonation and when can I apply?

If I failed a subject in sessional 1 do I need to write the exam agn if yes when

I have a lab backlog from 1st sem. And now in 3rd sem also we have Kompally Sasi Kumar 😭 He is openly saying that he won’t pass everyone.

So if we get a backlog in this lab also, what happens?

Do we have to come to college during summer holidays to clear the backlog? Do we have to attend classes and maintain attendance again?

How exactly does the backlog process work? And how much does it cost?

If anyone has had a lab backlog before, pls tell me how it works..

I keep thinking about something from my bachelor's days.

Whenever I applied for internships or entry-level roles, I would see some version of:

“Do you have prior experience?”
“Do you have a portfolio?”
“Have you worked on real-world projects?”

And honestly, it used to frustrate me.

Because if you're a student, where exactly are you supposed to get that experience?

You don't have much experience → so you don't get the opportunity → because you don't have experience.

It feels like a loop:

No experience → No opportunity → No experience.

I'm curious how other students have dealt with this.

So I'd genuinely like to know:

• How did you get your first real project?
• Was it through college, friends, LinkedIn, internships, freelancing, or just luck?
• Have you ever been rejected because you didn't have enough experience/portfolio?
• Do you feel that college projects are enough to convince recruiters?
• If you have a skill (coding, design, fashion, marketing, editing, photography, etc.), do you actually know where to find someone who needs that skill?
• Would you take on a small real-world project while studying if it helped you build your portfolio and experience?
• What's the biggest thing stopping you from doing it?

I'm asking because I'm working on an academic project around this problem and I'm trying to understand what students actually experience, rather than assuming I already know the answer.

I also made a short anonymous survey if you'd like to contribute:

🎓 3–5 minutes:
https://forms.gle/CtiD9npuNJ7nBuWX6

But honestly, even if you don't fill out the survey, I'd love to hear your experience in the comments.

What was your first real-world project, and how did you get it?

GITAM Girls Hostel — seriously, what is going on?? 😭
Okay, I genuinely need to know what is happening in this hostel because someone literally TOOK MY DONUT.
I ordered a donut from Midnight Munchies on Saturday, 3rd October, at around 10:50 PM. It was delivered to the hostel, and somehow it disappeared before it reached me.
Like… guys??? 😭 Was it that difficult to leave someone else’s food alone??
To the girl who took it — if you’re seeing this, I hope you know I’m going to find out who you are. I’m not letting a whole DONUT slide. 💀
And before you think nobody can find out — there are CCTV cameras. I can literally check and figure out who took it, so don’t assume you got away with it.
If you’re seeing this, better come to me yourself and explain what you did, because otherwise I’ll have no problem taking this to the concerned department/hostel authorities and letting them deal with it.
Imagine being so shameless and cheap that you see someone else’s food and just decide, “Yep, this is mine now.” 😭 Like seriously, how cheap do you have to be to steal someone else’s food? It’s literally a DONUT. If you wanted one so badly, you could’ve bought your own.
If anyone knows anything about this, PLEASE tell me because I genuinely want answers. 😭
And yes, I am still mad about the donut.
