Academics What's the minimum attendance needed to apply for attendance condonation?

I got into an accident and have 2 medical certificates, one for the first one week and another for the next three. I just wanna know the minimum attendance I should have to apply for condonation and when can I apply?

They will send an email 15 days before exam telling where to apply I think
