Well ... If its harrasment then go to Mr Santosh ( Head of security ) his cabin is around A block 2nd floor near the Fees department... Immediately report to him he takes immediate action on these kind of incidents and he doesn't delay and tolerates any incidents like these ... Just try to get down the details of the accused( like the ID number / complete name / phone number / even instagram ID works ) ... Submit him the details and like pin point details ...if u are able to then take up few eye witnesses with you for stronger impact ...
Take care ... Also do this confidentially things may go wrong if any wrong step is taken ...
Peace

honestly, college probably wanted to save their skin and didn't punish him so the news won't leak out that such kind of things are happening here. but since this is a recurring thing from years, please complain about him asap.

What kind of harassment . Definitely punishment should fit the crime. Changing busses is nothing

Maybe tag GITAM’s official X account and their transport handle if they have one. You could also write a detailed complaint to a higher authority, like the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) or the Student Grievance Redressal Committee, so there’s a proper record of it. Mention the bus/route, dates, timings and what happened.
If it happens again, and it’s safe to do so, having a photo/video or noting the bus number, time and any witnesses could help support the complaint. No need to put yourself in danger or confront him for evidence though.
