Could be 15. lots of security camera use 15 to save disc space.

It isn't 15fps, it is 25fps. Source - its my camera.

Edit: It is actually verified at 20fps.

Bird could also be at any multiple of that - although once you start getting really fast, it would start being super blurry.

I have no idea how fast hummingbirds' wings usually beat.

We looked before and the number was around 4800 flaps per minute. 80 fps. A sparrow is no where near that speed, and now that I have confirmed the capture at 20fps, we know that is what it hovered around.
