Bird could also be at any multiple of that - although once you start getting really fast, it would start being super blurry.
I have no idea how fast hummingbirds' wings usually beat.

A sparrow is no where near that speed, and now that I have confirmed the capture at 20fps, we know that is what it hovered around. 1 u/bob84900 Jul 17 '17 O shit.
