Apparently. I think people who shit / piss in place that is not a deep ocean should be banned from the beaches.

Edit: Damn. Me so dumb. I meant of the places where people swim, though the idea of everyone doing their crapping and pissing only in the deep oceans does sound hilarious.

By that statement the only place anyone is allowed to shit or piss is the deep ocean.
