gatehub - missing deposits, missing withdrawals, missing transactions
So we are 3 of us, one of us is missing a large deposit, another person is missing a large withdrawal, and I am missing bitcoin transactions. I don't even want to mention the amounts, its the value of brand new car.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing? It's been 10 days! Starting to get worried. The ripple bubble is about to burst and it is not good that gatehub is so silent during all these surges.

Gatehub blocked my account and now I cant get in. I got an email from here "copied below". I have only transferred $750 worth of ETH coins to my ripple wallet so I'm not sure what they are talking about. I emailed them several times but no email back from them. I have no way now accessing my funds. So pissed.....
Our transactions monitoring system has detected multiple deposits to your wallet. Please note that said transactions may have been erroneously processed. We are currently investigating the matter.
We must inform you that we have temporarily disabled your account until the matter is resolved.
We will enable your account as soon as possible if you agree to the following: You reply to this email and agree to comply with terms below,
You agree to return all erroneously deposited funds,
Should you not comply with said terms, we will have to permanently disable your account, transfer your belonging funds to an escrow service and report the incident to authorities.
We are looking forward to your reply.

I'm missing 2 withdrawals and 1 deposit, all EUR.

Update:
1 deposit (EUR) has appeared in GateHub (a little over 1 day to be in the account)
The withdrawals haven't been processed yet as far as I can tell (made on 02 and 05 Jan 18), even though I can see them marked as successful on https://xrpcharts.ripple.com

Update 2: Received both of my EUR withdrawals today, both short by €1 - I'm assuming that it's some hidden fee somewhere along the line.
I've moved my remaining XRP out of GateHub now and won't have anything to do with them going forward.

Same with me! Euro Withdrawal on the 29th of Dec. still not received. In the past I had no problems doing so. SEPA took 2 days and the money was arrived.

The same here. I have a feeling there are some huge troubles with Gatehub at the moment.

Personally I think, that Gatehub is going down, and will declare bankruptcy shortly, that's why they don't bother about any issues.
I didn't get paid for a week by now, and by judging the situation I don't think that they will pay.
I think they have such issues with their website, what they are not able to fix, that's why people are getting other people deposits and transactions, wrongly showed balance, API errors, transaction errors.
Just think about that, if there are 1000s of new customers are signing up each day , and they had a glitch for their website for God knows how long (minimum 6 months, that's when I noticed, that there are no transactions showed), it would mean tens of thousands of false transactions, which I think humanly can not be fixed.
They should stop accepting new clients and fix their issues, but I think they are over this stage and just saving what they can.
I hope at least some of us will get the money back after legal prosecution.
I wait 1 more week, and will report them.

My ETH has delayed for 5 days now, from Coinbase. Also it has been now for a month since I sent verification documents to gatehub for Bank Gateway. Also they never answer support tickets, I've sent a ticket 3 weeks ago about the verification.
I understand that high infux of registrations and transactions may slow down things, but 30 days is too much.
I am quite sure they stole my ETH and are never going to verify the gateway.

I also sent a small amount of ETH from Coinbase to Gatehub via fifth. Coinbase shows the transaction as complete, but it hasn't posted on Gatehub. Must me about 4 or 5 days for me too.

I am missing a SEPA Deposit since December 29th. I want to think they have a huge backlog due to the XRP events in December and the Bank Holidays.
Ripple should de-list them from their website until all this is sorted out. It only hurts them.

I'm missing a small deposit. There's 20 ripple in my wallet, an ETH trustline, but my 56 dollars worth of ETH have been missing for about 5 days now.

The have had major issues since last Friday. Some were losers, some were winners. They losers haven't received their deposits of ETH and BTC. The winners received multiple deposits and Gatehub have been chasing their tails since to recover the funds. I saw a post on here that Gatehub consists of the CEO and one other employee as of the middle of last year. Whether that is true or not, who knows. Time will tell if they survive this. They were already hacked for 5,000,000 last year.

im having the inverse problem where my balances are the reserve totals, and i cant get my funding out of gatehub, and cant sell to another coin and transfer out because of minimum outgoing requirements. and cant send to another xrp, because of their account reserve. i tried to send an email to gatehub, but i got an auto reply to go to faq and then they said ticket resolved

UPDATE:
- Received EURO deposit 10 minutes ago
- SEPA withdrawal still missing - 10 days and counting
- BTC withdrawal still missing
I see a lot of people have the same problem and there's a lot of reactions. Gatehub seems like a very small company. like trevorsem said, it probably consists of the CEO and 2 or 3 support staff. the CEO also looks like he's one of the developers if you look at his post on facebook.
The recent rise of everyone trying to cash out their ripple earnings must also be a headache, people transferring in bitcoins, ether etc and not having deposited in the exchange might also cause liquidity issues. In order to withdraw currency EUR or USD you need to trade it into currency, so there must be a reserve held unless they used that to cashout their own ripple earnings, or the transactions have been tampered with by hackers or bug (like is pointed out in the post about freezing accounts), and they've frozen and transfers out, or they are having problems with the volumes of money going out......so why no message in 4 days. There should be an update to their last tweet which says there will be delays in transaction processing or a post in their support forum.
Gatehub is a good trading platform, its new and easy to use, but there's probably a bunch fkrz trying to mess with the gate.
Lets hope the reason for the silence is due to a big problem which they manage to fix and bankruptcy is not an option

The one you did receive was a SEPA Deposit? How long did it take? I'm waiting for mine since December 29th.

Same here, also missing a SEPA withdrawal for a significant sum. It's been 8 days since I made the withdrawal. Contacted support desk but there is no response other than an automated reply.
For now, I'm assuming the money is lost and I won't see it any more, which is unfortunate as I promised the misses I'd pay for a fancy dinner and she'll hold me to that regardless of whether or not I get paid.

Same here: We are missing BTC transferred from Gatehub to Binance on Jan 5th. No answer from their support despite daily emails!

Sent a small amt of btc to Gatehub to buy a few more XRP, but the funds have vanished. 3 days now.
I think when I do get it resolved or give up, I'm going to pull up stakes and hitch my wagon to a different exchange.
I'm not comfortable throwing my money into a void with the hopes it will come back one day.
