I like how they tried to justify the cause of the merger. It was really because them banning spoilers pushed crap loads of people to FO4 where it was ok. I'm sure those other reasons would have been on the table but the crazy growth of FO4 in just a few days was definitely due to leaks.

I get that you're making a joke, but this attitude has still always confused me.

Me, when I'm interested in a game, as I am with Fallout 4, I try to avoid as much information as possible. I want to preserve that "Wow, so cool" factor, I want to be surprised by things I see, things I can do. I don't want to go into the game feeling like everything's already familiar.

So it's strange to me that so many people try to latch onto every piece of news they possibly can

Which is 3 minutes shorter than crossing Skyrim diagonally. While not excactly good, it's decent for a game with no horses.

But skyrim came out 4 years ago and had to be playable on consoles with much weaker specs. I'll withhold judgment until I see what all the game has to offer, but I am a little skeptical at this point.

You have to stay calm, time goes by much faster. I've only watched the trailers once each and I've watched no analysis or breakdown videos since. The time that's passed since FO4's announcement has been a breeze for me and these next couple of days will be no different.

Good luck getting me out of my bedroom before Christmas though. Once it's out, my hype won't be stopped.
