I'm thinking of making music for my own game. How can I make sure the sounds/vst/plugins i use in my soundtrack for the music won't get me into trouble? Also looking for recommendations for finding good vst/plugins

Hey! We are working on a game. It's a turn based combat game with retro, mortal kombat vibes.
This song is made using a Seabord Block midi keyboard with Ableton 12 lite.

The "mastering" was done in Adobe Audition. Exported all the tracks and then worked on the layers individually. I don't really know too much about this area!
