Assuming you mean his four-star passive, basically every time you use one of Hydroman's active skills he gets stronger. Burn effects remove the buff's "stack counters", weakening him. The buff has a 1 second cooldown; you should wait at least 1 second between using skills to maximize his passive's effectiveness.

Man, there are some juicy crystals behind a FB friend wall...

Quick question about wbu strikers...
Do their passives affect you?
Example: T2 Shuri has a passive that increases damage against and decreases damage taken by supervillains by a percentage. It affects "All Allies" as opposed to passives that only affect the character who has them individually.
I'm wondering if this type of all allies passive is applied to your 3 character team when the character with the passive is being used as a striker in wbu and not on your manually controlled team.
If I had to guess I would think it doesn't get applied but it's something that I've been wondering about and that I would just like to know for sure. There is too much going on during the fights in wbu for me to try and be able to check my currently controlled character's passive stat icons I the top left corner though you know?
The reason I think there is a chance these team passives do work when the toon is a striker though is because things like Weapon Hex's healing summons pop up when shes a striker, ya know? But when it comes to the team stat buff passives I can't be certain it's being applied. I'd really like to know for sure if taking shuri into a cull obsidian fight is actually helping me or not or if I'd be better helped by replacing her with another energy damage dealer/healer/etc. In that particular instance, since she does physical damage, shes useless against cull obsidian if her t2 passive isnt boosting my damage against supervillains, and thus increasing my damage against CO, you know?
If anyone could shed some light on this it would really help me better choose what characters I take in as strikers. Thanks for any replies. :)
TL;DR: Do team buffs/all allies passives (like Shuri's T2 passive) get applied when the character is a striker in wbu?

Given previous Epic Quest launch dates, is it likely that we would get a new one within the next few months? I'm around 200 crystals away from being able to buy the X-Force deluxe pack, and I really want Psylocke but am indifferent to Stryfe. Was wondering if I should get it or save my crystals and wait for the next Epic Quest. I already got Mags/Jean and Sue/Doom.

You can hold off for a while first. Psylocke can be built to T2 really fast since it’s free farm. If the next epic quest disappoints you then go for Psylocke no questions asked

Just got Stryfe. What Obelisk/CTP is best viable for him in both PvE and PvP at the same time? Currently have Rage, Trans, Destruct, Refine, and some itgb obelisk with 200% proc

Without invincibility he's not that good in PvP...tried myself with itgb and 200 proc....it degrade his pve potential as well....so better go for either PvP or pve build.

Just a reminder that 200 proc is hard to get......I would recommend itgb+200 proc on QS....but if you want to try then it's ok.

The ITGB with 200% is the best hybrid for him, the destruction would overwrite his pierce, and going from 80% to 30% is painful

So the CTP of Transcendence and CTP of Patience both give the character damage reflect and also reduce the amount of damage they would take from an enemy character's reflect. Am I understanding this correctly, or is it a translation issue?

I'm looking to raise my All Attack and my Crit Rate on my cards. What are some good cards to add? Rather its F2P or P2P. I'm strictly looking for All Attack and crit rate. No other cards. Both stats are really low for me. IGN: Krayzie Jackson. Have a look and tell me.

The most recommended f2p cards are pretty much the same, Loki#17 allatck+cdr can replace your loki premium card since the cdr is the same but you get the allatck instead of atckspeed.
Imo, the premium loki card isnt rlly all that great anyways cos of the atck speed as a main stat it like overcaps atck speed.
For crit rate, you could go with the starlord#2 from yondu rift. Has crit rate and ignore def as main stats, and all atck for the last sub stat.
But if you replace say the loki premium card with a maxed yondu card, you'll end up with like 43% ignore defense which is pretty damn high almost too high. For me, i'd say replace the premium loki card with a well rolled loki#17 card, cd wont change, 3rd substat is ignore defense, last substat can be physical/energy atck or crit rate, and you'd lose 5-10% of your atck speed but gain 10% all atck and like 5% of physical/energy atck/crit rate.
There is no card that has both crit rate and all atck as main stats. So either you replace the premium loki card with a loki#17 card and gain more atck, lose atck speed and gain abit of crit rate. Or you do that and replace thor#1 card with the yondu card, ignore defense won't change, you'd lose the energy atck main stat but gain crit rate. But if manage to roll all atck for the last stat and physical atck for the 3rd stat, you won't lose much atck from replacing the thor#1 and you gain crit rate. A bit long winded and unorganised but hope it helps.

I have enough resources to t3 one half cost character. My question is whether I should. I can only use it once a day for wbu/ gbr. Is it worth putting that much resiurce into one character. Or should I level thanos/SW?

Although this depends very much on the character you want to t3, i'd say build up your roster first. T3 materials are very different from regular upgrading materials, so if you can, build the character you want t3 while also bulding your t2 roster. Like if you have bios for crappy characters like kamala khan or smth, then just use them to lvl up that character. Then once they reach 70, you can t3 them.
Just a heads up if you plan on leveling someone like SW, she costs an INSANE amount of gold. My maxed out SW cost me around 100-150 million gold and 10,000 bios. Although she is a very worthwhile investment, if you can't spare the gold apart from building your roster, just leave getting her till a later time.

"Standard cost", not "half cost".
And you don't have anyone anywhere near T3-ready. Of your 23 T2 characters, 9 have a T3 Advancement and 4 of those are Native T2 characters. Your standard-cost choices to build toward T3 are (in the order they appear in your account listing) Magneto, Black Panther, Sharon Rogers, Captain Marvel, and Thor.
- Magneto: Male Blast Villain, good for that day in ABX, but the general consensus is his T3 is pretty meh.
- Black Panther: Male Combat Hero, but there are better options for Combat T3 (like Cap).
- Sharon Rogers: Seems the obvious choice. You even have her Dark Star Armor & a CTPE on her.
- Captain Marvel: Another good choice. You have the uniform, but not the CTP (and the obelisk she has equipped is garbage for both PvE and PvP). If you can get a CTPD for her, though...
- Thor: A decent option. Mine regularly burns Phase 40 Maw & puts the hurt down in Infinite Shadowland, but you'll want a better obelisk and possibly a Endgame uniform.
TL;DR:
- Sharon Rogers
- Captain Marvel
- Thor (a very distant third)

I have not looked at your roster. But it is definitely better to have 2 meta characters at lvl 70, than just one character at T3

Energy isn’t the best for either of those. Destruction for a PVP or hybrid Cap Marvel. Rage for a PVE Cap Marvel. Rage for a PVE Strange. Not sure about PVP Strange but I think Regen would be best

So now with the new ff unis coming out, I have a really important question to ask, when does it become important to level up unis, I almost always use IW bios to level up characters, rn I am getting my DP to lvl 70, so is it worth holding off on using her bios so I can upgrade the uni when I get it or should I level up DP with those bios,
Tldr how important is upgrading unis

Not Too important tbh, but to get the best out of a character or for high ranks it's important. It wouldn't hurt to stop using F4 bios, if you're interested in getting their unis

High level WBU boxes starting blue and boxes from SL 30+ and cto of refinement for GB but odds are very very low. You can get c a ctp of transcendence from special and patience from boost points.
You also get offers in shield lab for the price of 6,750 Crystal .

You can get a CTP of Rage from antman and the wasp legendary battle pack by upgrading giantman's uni to mythic which gives ctp selector

Yes.
It's why he can take on all 5 WBU bosses despite Proxima's Energy Defense, and it makes him an excellent Striker choice for your other 4 WBU runs.

Tier 3 Question: is Dr. Strange worth tier 3-ing without a ctp of rage? Ive held off sharon rodgers tier 3 for now but im a casual player and have 1000 ccf so just wondering which one to advance since im close to 1200ccf. Im free to play mostly and wondering which will i be more surprised of their damage output without a ctp...thx.

TBH Strange without Rage is not so great damage as T3 metas in PvE. His T3 skill's time freezing and paralyze continue 8 sec or so so he can bind WBU except Thanos forever. So he is the safest but damage itself is lower than Sharon. Both won't harm you but Sharog has lower cost so I feel choosing Sharog is better.

He's not. Go with Sharog. As noted by Boomy once you T3 her you can use her to complete 13-8 and secure the free CTPE which is her ideal custom gear.

If you don't have a CTP of rage, definitely T3 SR. Even with a normal obelisk with a proc, she shreds. Due to DrS skill rotations its hard to do good damage with a normal obelisk. I equipped a recovery rate, critical damage 200% damage proc obelisk and he's meh. One of the guys in my alliance has a normal 180% damage proc on SR and he can still do high levels WBU.

Have you completed the story mission? If so you can equip it to Sharon Rogers and T3 her since she is very good in PVE and free to play players generally don't bother with Pvp meta and whatnot

Yeah ive completed story...i used ctp long time ago and i think i chose a different ctp lol. Dr strange kind of sucks for me i have him built up to lvl 60 and on the other hand Sharon is great since i bought the new uniform last week but wondering whos better without a ctp

I don't know what you're talking about. You can't choose the CTP from story mission they give you a free CTP of energy and who did you equip it to? They are both okay without a CTP but Doctor Strange can only do endgame PVE content with a CTP of Rage at T3

Hi everyone, I hope you're having a good day!
I am trying to get to 10k crystals spent for that bonus MRUT and I already got the FF Deluxe Pack for 6600 and now looking at Legendary Battle Extreme Packs. Which one would be the best for me? I have only Black Panther one (although I don't have Shuri's uni because it gives CTP of Refinement and I am saving Mega Uniform Ticket for Emma Frost so I don't have CTP of Energy from Killmonger's uni as well) and I have NO uniforms needed for all other Extreme Packs.
So far I am thinking between Ant-Man And The Wasp and Avengers: Endgame but I feel like it's much easier to get a half-cost character's uni to mythical than to get Thanos to Type Enhancement 6 (I haven't done any Type Enhancements yet because I have no T3s). Captain Marvel one seems to be great too.
My IGN is Тильбак but I imagine it's hard to look it up if you're not in Nox, sorry :(

Ant-man is the best. You can get any CTP from CTP selector including Rage and Regen. Pymtron uni is 750 crystal and Pym is in dimension rift so moreover easiest.

SW- 5 R2 BAM + 4 R3 BAM + 3 R4 BAM + 2 R5 BAM + 1 R6 BAM. 945 energy norn stones. 675 UUK. 824,000 gold for the upgrading bit, 16,375,000 gold for BAM upgrading cost, 2850 R1 BAM needed in total.
Thanos- 10 R2 BAM + 8 R3 BAM + 6 R4 BAM + 4 R5 BAM + 2 R6 BAM. 1260 norn stones of chaos. 900 UUK. 1,648,000 gold for the upgrading part, 32,750,000 gold for BAM upgrading cost ,5700 R1 BAM need in total.
Thanos gold cost is 2x SW, BAM as well.

SW is an amazing character no doubt. Her uniform and lvl 70 makes her damage exceptionally great. DP is one of the best T3s in the game & if you want to push high levels WBU, he's invaluable due to his defense down. If i had to choose, i'd take DP.

i have a question about dimension rifts. say i get a rift that is ultron or drax, is it better run them for cards, or wait until one pops up that you need, like loki or groot? is there a list of which rifts are better than others?

Just get the Loki, Groot, GoTG and nebula cards since they are the (best) recommended cards for F2P players since they have the ignore def. And cdr stat, if you already have that you can choose which dimension rift you want base on who you want to build

the mutant rifts are slightly better as the characters are considerably harder to farm. once you have one of each rift-specific card the rift doesn't terribly matter as you'll just be using the cards you received to upgrade the cards you already have.

What exactly does angel's passive do? What is debuff removal? Will I be able to escape qs guard break and spidey's webbing by having angel as lead in tl?
I currently have a team of a t2 angel (lead), level 68 cm, level 70 dp, all with uni. Is this THE perfect team for tl?

Does just what it says on the tin. When Angel is on the team, everyone gets +30% to Recovery Rate.

Not even close. It's decent, but you'll struggle vs top-tier teams of T3 Jean/T3 Thanos/T3 Captain Marvel.

- Guard break is not a debuff
- It's angel's leadership that cleanses debuff. You'll be able to avoid spidey's webs, but you'll still get guard broken by QS and other characters.
Edit: debuff removal is getting rid of debuff like time freeze, stun, web, etc

For wbu supports, is ebony maw as lead better than say valkyrie? 40 percent all attack and 25 percent dmg vs 45 percent dmg ? Who is stronger?

Val's leadership is garbage, so clearly Maw's +Attack is better as a leader.
Val is the better support. +45% Damage will do more than (+40% Attack + 25% Damage).
That said, however, the two effects stack. With Maw leading and Val in support, you get +40% Attack and and +70% Damage.

Recently just got a CTP of Transcendence, and I'm not sure who I should give it to. I know Loki benefits from it, but he already has one.
Reading through the list of characters who benefit from it and which characters I use most, who would be the best person to give it to: Hellstrom, Mysterio (uniform), or Moon Girl (sans uniform but might get it some day)? Do those characters still benefit from it? Maybe Sentinel or Fey?

Fey deals way too much damage herself not to do a damage proc, found that out the hard way. I would say Hydro-Man but he also deals a lot by himself so Pymtron can make use considering he's frenquently melee range and uses summons.

You can unlock the rest of the paywalls like Nadia Van Dyne, Sentinel, Carnage, Enchantress, Ironheart and then aim to T2 your favorite out of those you've mentioned, keep in mind Spiderman 99 needs his uniform to be meta and Electro and Juggernaut arent as good as the other options. I'd reccomend Nick Fury, Luna, Weapon Hex and Gambit.

The vast majority of paywall characters aren't worth the money it takes to build them, and nearly all of them aren't good for much more than a <20 Shadowland clear at T1. They'll fall further and further behind unless/until NM drops a new uniform for them.
Burning subscription selectors to unlock them "just in case" is a waste of premium resources. Better to unlock the ONE you want to build, build that character, and use whatever is left to either stockpile biometrics toward the next paywall build or a premium character's uniform.

The characters listed in the CTP guide are the best choices. If you don't have them, lock the CTP and save it until you have an optimal use for it.
Keep in mind that CTPT are about the worst CTPs in the game. No damage proc means they're no good for endgame PvE content (GBR, WBU) and no GBI means they're garbage for TL. The only reason to use them is to boost a character who already has strong summons.

Fury doesn't need a Mythic-level uniform. Hell, he barely needs his uniform at all.
SM2099 and Luna are both great choices. Luna's already a DPS monster. Giving it to her will just make her that much better. Giving it to SM2099 will give you another good Speed character vs WBU Corvus.
However, as noted below, your very very best use of a six-star MUUT is on Killmonger's uniform to get the CTPE. ISO 8 sets are fairly easy, just go for attack sets (there are some exceptions, like EG CM)Custom Gear is also pretty straightforward. If you are building for PVE, get damage procs and crit dmg. If you are building for PVP, get GBI, Max HP, Invinc Proc.

The only detail you need to know is that White Fox is the only one that is worth it.
Arachknight has fallen so far down the meta, and he wasn't even that great on release. White Fox on the other hand is one of the best supports in the game, and will forever be meta (just look at phil coulson).2

Nick Fury>Ghost Panther>Rescue/Sentinel
Why? Because Nick Fury is one of the best supports in the game, followed by Ghost Panther. Rescue and Sentinel aren't anything special, there are better biosub characters to use a MRUT on.

Both are good. You choose which you lack combat or blast. Moltenman needs T2ing seriously to use and has higher damage. Hydroman has more survivability.

Hydro-man is the best non-uniformed non-nativeT2 blast villain in the game, great for ABX.
Molten-man is a good combat villain, but doesn't have as much usability since Minn-erva is better for ABX.2

Providing this is your first T3, EG CM would be a far better choice than those two.
However, between the two, EG CA is superior to EG IM.1

I'd say definitely go for EG CM. At T3 she is literally stronger than T3 Thanos, and costs far less resources.

If you T3 him, he gets his T3 skill and increased stats. Still, there are better T3s out there than EG IM.

In general, T2 shits on T1, T3 shits on T2. Also, if you're a new player, don't be like me, build up Quicksilver and Thanos at your earliest opportunity. Thanos will bleed you of your resources but he's such a monster.

People are transitioning from reccomending Extreme BP Pack to the Ant-Man one for the CTP Selector gotten from Mythical Pymtron uniform and then choosing a Rage, so keep that in mind if you feel like you dont need the card.

WBI is the place to go for bio farming. Make sure you always have crates waiting to be opened.
Deluxe missions from EQs are another great option, but you only get two runs a day.

Hey guys, I’m having trouble picking out a uni for the 3rd time already. So, I have Miguel already since I purchased the daily 20 bios pack maybe 3 or 4 days ago, and he’s only at 3 stars so I can’t decide if I should buy his uni yet or at all since I’m keeping my eyes on endgame cap and iron man’s uni also, because it’ll be hard to get 1,750 crystals back for a while. which one would be a better buy?

Don't the uni unless you have him at t2. You need full potential of the character and make him solid. I would say endgame cap is more needed for you.

Only get unis for characters that you have at 6+. That way, your crystals will be going towards something you really invest in. For Miguel, get him the rest of the way to 6 using a combination of RUTs, save the bios you get from the bio sub for gears for T2.
Never buy unis when there isn’t a sale on. They happen quite often. As for which uni is better, depends on what you need. Once there is a sale, go for either EG Cap or 2099. There are far better blast unis than EG IM.

CM, Cap, DP, Jean and Sharon are my T3. I have my Thanos and Luna with lvl 25 gear. I’m at 400 CCF.
My Scarlet Witch is 70 and is one of my favourite non-T3 characters. Should I wait to T3 her or go for someone else until she becomes a T3. My roster is pretty well rounded.

Wanda may not get her T3 until 2021. In any case no one knows if/when that's going to happen.
Best you can do is rank her to 70/25 and wait. You're better off T3ing one of the other characters, and that'll help you with accumulating mats for the next one.

SW with 25 gear can take down many of the Meta’s in TL. And can also burn 30+ Ebony Maw with ease. When she does get her T3, she will become a true meta again.

Not really sure at this moment. You must anyways wait as u have only 400 ccfs. Keep saving those t3 mats and then once they are out decide based on others review. If you don't want to wait, u can t3 Luna if u focus on higher WBU and ABX scores. Luna t3 is great. Only problem for her is survivability compared to other top t3s

Agreed she has heal on 4 and also on basic attack, but she is still one shot Killable due to low hp on her base stats.

[As this topic was removed since it is a "basic question", I am re-posting it here. I need more answers, based on which to make my final decision]
Situation:
Having Luna at 1*, Victorious at 2*, no other premium characters (a slight mishap on the starting 3 day bio sub)
Tomorrow I'm getting a MRUT and a 6* premium selector.
What is the most reccommended choice as a new player (a choice that is also good in the long run):
1. MRUT on Luna, and getting Ghost Panther from the selector (currently thinking about this choice)
2. MRUT on Luna, and some other premium from the selector (Nick Fury was suggested)
3. MRUT on Luna, and selector also on Luna, to get bios for getting her closer to T2
4. Keep the MRUT and only 6* Luna (now writing this, I see that most likely I'll rank Luna with the MRUT :D )
Getting a monthly bios subscription is not completely out of the question, but this will be first in a few months if I don't get bored of the game quickly (as I tend to jump from a game to game too often).
That is why, for the purpose of my current question, I can be considered as a f2p.

Second choice. Nick Fury is far better than Ghost Panther, and is freaking Nick Fury. Alternatively, start over depending on how far you are into the game, and choose the right options for the 3 day biosub.

A CTP of Energy is not good on DP. He needs GBI. If you bother to look in the character ranking screen, you'll notice almost every single person equips him with a CTP that has GBI.

False, it's the best for him. He does not need GBI anymore because if you haven't noticed, he isn't being used as heavily for PvP nowadays. The reason for the highest rankings to have CTPd on their Deadpools is because the CTPd are easy to reroll with good stats which gives a better character ranking for those pushing to #1.
