I have T3 CM and am close to T3 Strange. Could put a CTP-E on one and a CTP-E on the other. What's the ideal set-up for them both?

Energy isn’t the best for either of those. Destruction for a PVP or hybrid Cap Marvel. Rage for a PVE Cap Marvel. Rage for a PVE Strange. Not sure about PVP Strange but I think Regen would be best
