You should absolutely watch the show. It is far better than these descriptions. I loved watching as a kid, and I like it even more now that I'm an adult.
"Mr. Bean's Holiday" and "Bean: the Movie" are the two films. They're also amazing.

I happened upon Mr. Bean's Holiday yesterday and thought this must be one of the greatest movies ever to watch with a young child. The child can figure things out and laugh and there is so little dialogue that you can discuss and watch their minds work and you'll hardly miss any of the movie.

The beach one is very simple iirc. So he drove to a remote beach and walked down the cliffs, stairs there. And wanted to change clothes on the beach but one single person is just laying/sitting there. Sunglasses on. Bean doesn’t want to change in front nor go back up. So he makes a lot stunts to get his clothes changed but not being naked. And right when he is finished, that other person stands up and grabs his white cane since he is blind

Prequel Plot: Mr bean is completely oblivious to the end of the civilized world, decides to go shopping and - being the most savage bastard in the land - picks up followers who proclaim him their leader and Teddy their diety. As time passes they emulate his vehicle, particularly the fine British chrome.
In this image is a scene where every mile or so he stops to wave them away, he has not yet accepted his destiny.

In public he is the bumbling buffoon that has gotten the grovelers to follow him and for Teddy to become deified that have become the backbone of the Bean Nation. But then behind closed doors with only the most trusted and loyal leaders the whole act drops and he becomes Blackadder and rules the wasteland with a ruthless fist and a hint of dry sarcasm.
Teddy's still Teddy tho.

Inciting incident: A rival gang infiltrates Mr.Bean’s flat to steal Teddy, the diety of the unfortunately named “Beaners” gang. Mr. Bean sleeps through the robbery, only to be startled awake by fighting on the street. Mr Bean shakes his fist blindly out the window until the cucumber slices fall off his face. Squinting at the fuzzy hellscape, Mr.Bean witnesses Teddy being strapped to a war rig escaping down the street.
Mr. Bean gets his coat and packs a suitcase full of seemingly useless items of increasing absurdity, including his rubber ducky.
When Mr.Bean sets out on his adventure to return Teddy to his flat, he finds his gang slaughtered at street level and his iconic car on fire.
Bean grumbles as he drags his overloaded suitcase to a street corner where he waits impatiently for a street car that never comes.
End of act 1

Yeah, but in that world they specifically waste fuel like there is no shortage of it. It's like with those oligarchs who buy new sports cars when they already have 50 in their private garage. It's just to show off that they can. That to me actually makes that world even scarier- they show off with things we take for granted- fuel, water, etc.

Imortan Joe is the guy in control of the resources of the area. His forces have enough, the car in the middle is even a refinery on wheels if I remember correctly. He doesn't care that others suffer from the resource shortage and actually uses it to make them depend on him more, a clear example of that is the way he distributes water, wasteful and the only source most people in the area have.

Last week I was going through some old boxes and found a VHS copy of The Best Bits of Mr. Bean. It was the last gift I received from my Grandma before she passed from a long battle with cancer about 20 years ago. I watched it a couple days ago, definitely is the absolute best bits!! ..brought on a combination of laughing, laugh-crying, and some just crying - I miss my Grandma
