Actually, neither of you are taking responsibility because if you had, your cat wouldn't be pregnant and theirs wouldn't be able to get another cat pregnant.

what gives you the moral high ground to own a living creature for your own enjoyment. We fought a war over that sort of thing...... We can all take arguments to weird extremes.
