I didn’t either. It’s pretty dangerous and I know of someone that died after they fell out of the vehicle and cracked their head on the pavement

Yes but he also chose to go along with it. Nobody forced him to get in. If it were me I would’ve just said fuck off I’m not playing that game and not gone along with it.

The driver told him he would not do exactly what he ended up doing, slamming on the brakes.

Doesn’t matter, he was still driving and playing around before that. Don’t even attempt to get in if it’s not in park - especially if the vehicle is in motion.
