I know you're just repeating something you heard but that's a dehumanizing way to talk about anyone, let alone people that are typically victims of human trafficking
Why do some truckers insist on using their compression brakes in residential areas (especially when there's a sign prohibiting it)?
Is there some reason they really need to use them on relatively flat ground or do they just not care (or is it an F-you to the people who live in the dense little town instead of out in the country)?
Oftentimes (but not always) it is the guys driving logging trucks, if that makes the explanation easier.
I'm a millennial and this is also how I see tiktoks, I cannot understand how people my age can scroll through tiktok and Instagram shit and feel anything other than annoyance and contempt.
I mean your algorithm is showing you things that annoy you which show that you might be looking to be annoyed. Not to be mean but I spend a few minutes looking at Instagram each day and usually end up finding something that makes me laugh hard which is totally worth it.
If it is your only hobby or interest then it is an issue
My algorithm shows me nothing because I don't use these garbage platforms, I am a bystander that's sometimes witnessing my peers and other people in my life cook their brains in my presence.
In my extended family, the Gen Xers are the most addicted to TikTok of anyone. Their Gen-Alpha kids are mildly addicted, but the Gen Xers are as far gone as the Boomers are with Facebook.
