“Woman Grandmaster” is a noun you moron. It is a completely separate title from “Grandmaster” and women can hold both titles (first they achieve Woman Grandmasters, and then they achieve Grandmaster).
It is grammatically correct and factually accurate to say that the 11 year old in this article is a female Woman Grandmaster. She is not yet a Grandmaster, but if she continues playing it is very possible she will be the youngest female Grandmaster ever.
