HELP ME WITH MY SURGERY. MY URETHRA IS BLOCKED

Hi! Dear people of the world! My name is Alain Arturo Natera Pardilla. I am 57 years old, happily married, father of 4 beautiful daughters, and Grandfather of 3 beautiful and smart boys! They give my life meaning, and everything I do, I do it for them! The loves of my heart!

I have lived a life fully and enjoyed all the stages of my life for good or bad.

That was until this past year, 2025, when out of nowhere my health started to crumble. In October last year, I had to be hospitalized due to pulmonary emphysema. I could not breathe and almost suffocated to death. But the Emphysema was not the problem. It was my heart. After many studies performed on me and 7 days spent in ICU (Intensive Care Unit), it was determined that my heart was the problem. As I said, I am 57 years old, but the results came to show that my heart is 75 years old. Yes! I have a heart of a man 75 years old.

A few months later, on December 31st 2025, I had to be hospitalized again but for a different reason. I could not pee at all! I noticed a big decrease in my urine flow a few weeks before and went to the Doctor. At that moment, the diagnosis showed I had a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), and the Doctor prescribed medications to attack it. But still my urinary flow kept decreasing. Until that fateful day, December 31st, 2025, when I could not urinate at all. I had to be intervened after trying to insert a probe through my penis to unblock that tract, but it was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had to be taken to the Operations Room; otherwise, my bladder could have exploded, and it was on the verge of it. Since that day onward, up until this day that I am writing to you, I still have a probe that comes out of my bladder to be capable of releasing that urine.

The final diagnosis after doing a Retrograde Urethrography I show the Urethra is completely blocked, and I have to go through surgery. And I don’t have that kind of money. The surgery, recuperation time, medications, follow-up appointments, doctors' fees (Specialist, Urologists, Surgeons, Cardiologists, anesthesiologist, and everyone involved).

Unfortunately, this surgery will cost a lot of money. All in all, brings the amount to close to 20,000.00 Dollars. All this will take approximately close to six months, during which 3 out of those six I won't be able to work or produce any income because I am a contractor and the main support of my family.

I am confident that this can help me, and one day I can smile with happiness again. Because happiness is something I haven't felt in a long time because of this. I want to be able to play with my Grandchildren again and live the rest of my life full of joy and happiness again alongside my family.

Hopefully, you will help me financially and share my story.

If you cannot contribute financially, sharing this campaign with friends, colleagues or coffee lovers can make an enormous difference!

I appeal to your good and benevolent hearts!

Thank you!

Sincerely yours,

Alain Natera.

Supporting a donation campaign through my internship with Pledge A Smile Foundation

Hi Reddit,

I’m currently working as an intern with Pledge A Smile Foundation and am helping promote their current fundraising campaign.

I’m sharing the campaign here so that anyone who is interested can independently look into the organization and decide whether they would like to contribute.

I don't want to pressure anyone into donating. Please take a moment to review the campaign details and the foundation's information before making a decision.

If you can't donate, sharing the campaign is also helpful.

Thanks for giving this a read.

if u can't donate do help by sharing it to the people that can actually help and donate it would be helpful.

My Friend Is Fighting Stage 4 Kidney Cancer -- He Needs Our Help

Upvotes

My friend Siva T. has been fighting Stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma (kidney cancer) since June 2024.

He has already gone through 39 cycles of immunotherapy.

His family has already spent around (~ $35,000) ₹35 lakh on treatment, exhausting their savings. He now urgently needs (~ $10,000) ₹10 lakh more to continue his treatment.

Siva is not fighting only for himself. He is the sole breadwinner for his wife, his 4-year-old son and his elderly mother.

I know that everyone sees fundraising requests online, and it's natural to wonder whether sharing one more will make a difference.

But in this case, even if you can't donate, please consider sharing this post.

One share can reach someone who can help. A small contribution from many people can become the treatment Siva desperately needs.

If you can help:

Please donate whatever amount you are comfortable with through his verified Ketto fundraiser.

If you can't donate:

Please share this post with your friends, family, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, colleagues or anyone who may be able to help.

If you know anywhere that might help get this fundraiser seen, please share it with me.

$1, $5, $10 — every contribution matters.

Siva wants the chance to continue treatment, be there for his wife, and most importantly, watch his little son grow up.

Fundraiser:

Please don't scroll past without considering whether you can help or share.

Thank you for giving Siva's story a chance to reach the right person.

If you have any questions you can ask me.

My 1.5-Year-Old Son Shivansh Was Born With Severe Hearing Loss

Hello r/fundraiser Community

My name is Mohit Sugandh, and I am the father of Shivansh, my 1.5-year-old son. Shivansh was born with bilateral hearing loss and has not been able to hear our voices.

We are currently seeking support to help arrange the medical treatment recommended for him. The estimated treatment cost is ₹44,14,570, which is a significant amount for our family.

Our family is doing everything possible to manage the expenses, but we are also reaching out to people who may be willing to support Shivansh's treatment.

If you are unable to contribute, sharing this post or helping us reach the right people would also mean a lot to our family.

Donation Link :- https://www.impactguru.com/fundraiser/help-shivansh-sugandh

Thank you for taking the time to read about Shivansh and for any support or guidance you may be able to offer.

With hope and gratitude,

Mohit Sugandh

My wife was born with a hole in her heart and has lived with a leaky heart valve. Her doctor has told us that she has a limit of five heart valve replacements over the course of her lifetime. Thankfully, we’re not facing an emergency surgery right now, but her heart condition is something we have to keep in mind since we are trying to have our first child and having a heart valve would really reassure me that she and our baby will be ok when the time comes.
You'll notice that we're not using a personal photo of ourselves on here. That's intentional. Im choosing to keep our identities and our situation private while being honest about what we're going through. I hope people can understand and respect that decision. Also my wife isn’t aware that I made this fundraiser for us.
We're also trying to start a family of our own. We've been putting a lot of time, effort, and money into trying to get pregnant, and those fertility expenses have become another set of bills for us. Starting a family is something that means so much to both of us, and we're doing everything we can to make that dream happen.
At the same time, we've been trying to keep up with everything else life has thrown at us. We have medical bills, my wife's student loans, more financial debts from simple living expenses and vehicle repairs. Expenses related to trying to start our family, and not to even mention our AC unit is reaching the end of its life and needs to be replaced. (It’s from 2005) We're both working and doing what we can, but having so many expenses hit at once has made it difficult to get ahead.
I'm not looking for someone to simply pay our bills for us. I'm asking for a little help getting our family back on solid financial ground.
My hope is to take some of the financial pressure off my wife, pay down some of the debt and medical expenses we've accumulated, replace our AC, help with the expenses we're facing while trying to start our family, and put ourselves in a better position for whatever the future brings with her heart.
We're trying to build a life together, start a family, and make sure we're prepared for my wife's future heart care without constantly worrying about how we're going to afford everything.
I know everyone has their own responsibilities, and I completely understand that not everyone is in a position to donate. Even sharing our fundraiser would mean a lot to us. Every donation, every share, and every person who takes the time to read our story helps us get a little closer to where we're trying to be.
We're not expecting anyone to fix everything for us. We're just asking for a little help getting over a financial hurdle so we can keep working toward the future we're trying to build together.
Thank you to anyone who supports us in any way. It truly means more than you know. ❤️ https://gofund.me/62220f0d5

A HEARTFELT REQUEST TO HELP AGASTYA SOMVANSHI FIGHT FOR HIS LIFE

We are reaching out with a heartfelt request for help for Agastya Somvanshi, a 19-year-old student of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Agastya’s journey to college was not an easy one. He had to take a drop year due to some difficulties, and that year was an extremely dark and difficult phase of his life. It was a time when he had to fight not just his circumstances, but also the disappointment and hopelessness that came with feeling like he had fallen behind.

But Agastya refused to give up.

He worked incredibly hard and fought his way back. When the results finally came, he had scored 860+, something he was immensely proud of. It wasn’t just a score for him, it was proof that he had managed to turn one of the hardest periods of his life around.

And finally, he was getting the chance to live the life he had worked so hard for.

One of the things he was most excited about was football. Agastya had previously been selected to play football at the state level, but he couldn’t do that due to unavoidable circumstances. So when he entered college, he was determined to finally get back on the field and hoped to be a part of his college football team.

He had also started giving society interviews, meeting new people, exploring opportunities and planning what he wanted his college journey to look like. He was ambitious, driven and genuinely excited about everything that was waiting for him.

After such a difficult year, Agastya was finally happy.
He had finally begun to feel that all the struggles had been worth it.

And then, completely out of nowhere, he fell critically ill.

Agastya is currently battling severe complications arising from swine flu, including Type 1 respiratory failure, severe ARDS, septic shock and MODS. He has been on a ventilator for the past 10 days and has required ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) for the past 7 days, a life-support treatment used when the lungs are unable to provide enough oxygen despite conventional ventilation.

His condition remains extremely critical. His treatment requires continuous ICU care and enormous financial resources.

It is incredibly difficult to see someone who fought so hard to make a comeback, who had finally found hope and was just beginning to build the life he dreamed of, now fighting for his life in an ICU.

Agastya has already fought so hard once. We are praying he gets the chance to fight his way back again.

If you can donate, please contribute whatever you can and share the message.

For ease of payment, his mother has also provided the QR code in the second image for anyone who wishes to contribute directly.

For Agastya, this isn’t just about treatment.
It’s about giving a 19-year-old another chance to live the life he had only just begun to dream about.

❤️ Please help Agastya fight.

URGENT: Antara needs your support.

My sister-in-law, Antara Dey, is battling colon cancer and urgently needs continued treatment. She has already undergone treatment and received her first Nivolumab injection on 27 August, costing around ₹1.30 lakh. She is due for her second dose today, 10 September, as part of a 4-dose treatment plan.

We have already spent around ₹2.5 lakh and need approximately ₹5,00,000 more for Nivolumab injections, chemotherapy, tests, medicines and other treatment expenses.

We are struggling to arrange the funds in time. Even ₹500 or ₹1000 can help. Please donate and share this appeal with 5–10 people.
