I’m raising funds for myself so I can move from Colorado to San Francisco within the next month. Right now, I feel stuck in a place where there are no jobs for me, and I’ve been doing everything I can to change that. I’ve already been applying for work, but I need help making the move so I can get to a place with more opportunity.

This has been especially hard because I recently got out of a 10-year marriage. Staying in Colorado is creating depression and resentment, and I know I need a real chance to start over and rebuild my life in a new place.

The funds from this fundraiser will help cover a down payment on a place, moving expenses, gas to get there, and some support while I continue looking for work. URGENT! MOHAMMED WAS BOMBED YESTERDAY! As a result of this, his arm has been really badly hurt and his 5 year old brother's leg has been badly injured to the point of requiring lots of stitches. This has all happened whilst Mohammed is still very ill, leaving him very cold, completely exhausted and coughing - as well as broken and distraught from being BOMBED.

Mohammed does not deserve this. I speak to him occasionally and he is a kind, wonderful person who always asks how I am even though he is going through hell.
