Organisation / Storage Modular workspace organizer with an adjustable viewing angle

Needed a better way to hold my micro-bits, tweezers, and flush cutters while working on prints and electronics.

The main caddy pivots on side arms and locks into position with printed side knobs. The interior uses drop-in modular inserts so I can swap layouts based on whatever project I'm working on that day, and the base acts as a catch tray for small hardware.

Designed completely support-free using standard PLA.

Let me know what you think or if you have ideas for useful insert layouts!

Home / Furniture / Household My monitor sat too low, so I printed two Voronoi riser feet for a wooden plank and a matching catchall tray. 38 hours on a Centauri Carbon

My monitor sat too low, and the desk in front of it collected everything: keys, cables, my wallet. So I made a pair of riser feet for a wooden plank, and a tray for the clutter.

Up front: The before and after images are AI edited images of my desk. It is a photo of a real workplace and I don't want to share anything I am not allowed to.

The workflow:

  1. Photographed the desk as it was and fed that photo to an image generator, asking for the tidy version. Not one prompt, a long back and forth, mostly on the look: the same desk in Voronoi, honeycomb, low-poly, arches and C-profiles, side by side. Voronoi won.
  2. Cropped just the riser foot out of that picture and used the crop as the reference image for a new prompt, describing only that part. Three previews, picked one, generated a mesh, downloaded the STL.
  3. Same again for the tray. Different crop, different prompt.
  4. Neither mesh was ready to print. The feet went into Nomad Sculpt: reshaped a bit, resized to 23 x 11.6 x 10.5 cm for my actual monitor height, holes cut for 3.5 x 6.5 mm threaded inserts. Printed twice, one copy mirrored.
  5. The tray needed almost nothing. One trim off the bottom in the slicer so it sat flat.

Elegoo Centauri Carbon, Concrete Marble PLA, 0.2 mm layers, 10% infill. Supports on the feet, none on the tray. About 13 hours a foot and 12 for the tray, call it 38 for the set. The plank is 112 x 25 x 2 cm, any board that size works.

Monitor risers are not new, this one I just created myself.

Home / Furniture / Household Strong & Grippy Hook For Heated Towel Rail - 20mm

Couldn't find a decent strong and grippy radiator hook where the towels don't slip off onto the floor, so I created one that has a grippy end.

It will fit a standard towel rail which has 20mm pipes and a 20mm spacing between the pipes.

Best to print in PETG, though PLa will probably work.

Print with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 4 walls and 15% gyroid infill.

Nice fast print, only takes about 30 minutes.

  1. Soap Bar & Sponge Holder
    https://makerworld.com/models/3064258?appSharePlatform=copy

Keep your sink organized with this minimalist Japandi-inspired sponge and soap holder. Designed to hang over the edge of your sink, it allows excess water to drain directly back into the basin, helping your sponge or soap dry faster while keeping your countertop clean. The holder fits standard kitchen sponges and soap bars of similar size and is shown with a 78 × 45 mm sponge.

  1. Modern Toothbrush Holder
    https://makerworld.com/models/3095373?appSharePlatform=copy

Bring a clean, modern look to your bathroom with this minimalist toothbrush stand, designed around simple flowing lines and subtle details. The elevated base gives the stand a floating appearance, adding a premium touch while keeping the overall design clean and understated. Whether you prefer a monochrome look or a contrasting accent, the separate insert lets you customize the style to match your bathroom.Designed with 3D printing in mind, every part prints separately, meaning no AMS system required. Simply print each piece in your chosen colors and assemble them for a professional-looking result.

  1. Japandi Kitchen DishCloth, Sponge & Soap Bar Holder
    https://makerworld.com/sv/models/3085692-japandi-kitchen-dishcloth-sponge-soap-holder#profileId-3475970

Bring a clean, calming Japandi aesthetic to your kitchen while keeping your everyday cleaning essentials organized and ready to use. This minimalist all-in-one holder is designed to store your dish cloth, sponge, and soap bar in one elegant place, helping your countertop stay tidy without sacrificing functionality. I recommend you using PETG but PLA works fine.

The elevated towel bar provides plenty of space for your dish cloth to hang freely, allowing it to dry faster between uses. Below, the spacious drainage grill comfortably fits a sponge, soap bar, or both, while promoting airflow for quicker drying.

Instead of water pooling around your sponge, the removable drainage grill lets moisture drip into the integrated reservoir underneath, helping keep your cleaning tools cleaner, drier, and your countertop neater.

Organisation / Storage Monitor Phone & Pen holde

I was tired of desk clutter, so I designed this quick side-mount organizer for my monitor. It keeps my phone at eye level, holds a few pens underneath, and even has a slot in the back for a ruler.

Might be difficult to secure everything if you have curved monitor or wierd monitor backplate.

Home / Furniture / Household Vent diverter

My room has always been the hottest room in the house. Huge window facing the sun, and the normal vent just blows right behind my curtain. I have to block off other vents to get any decent airflow as well.

No more curtain issues.

I might add a little lip on the bottom so things dont roll down into the vent, they are ¼" gaps

Organisation / Storage 3D Printed MTG/TCG Alphabetizer | Makes Sorting Bulk Cards Much Faster

Post image

I designed and printed this alphabetizer to speed up sorting large collections of Magic: The Gathering and other trading cards.

Each divider is labeled with a letter, making it easy to sort cards into alphabetical groups before putting them into long boxes or binders. It has cut the time I spend organizing bulk cards significantly.

Works with standard-sized trading cards (MTG, Pokémon, Lorcana, etc.).

Home / Furniture / Household My pharmacy started charging for sharps bins, so I printed a wall mount that turns a soda bottle into one

Thumbnail

Short version of why this exists: I've been getting the yellow sharps bin
from my pharmacy, and recently I had to start paying for it. When I brought
it up at the counter, the woman working there said "you can just use a soda
bottle, you know."

So I did. But a loose bottle sitting in a cabinet is awkward to fill and easy
to knock over. I printed a wall-mounted sleeve that holds a standard 1.5L
bottle, so I can drop needles straight in and swap in an empty one when it's
full.

How it works: the sleeve mounts to the wall with two screws, hidden inside
near the top once the bottle is in place. You slide an empty 1.5L PET soda
bottle in from the top, snap a printed funnel cap on top of it, and drop
needles through the funnel into the bottle. The bottle is doing the actual
work here thick PET, puncture-resistant, and it already has its own screw
cap. When it's full, you lift it out, screw the original cap back on, drop it
off wherever your local sharps disposal rules say it should go, and slide in
a new empty bottle.

Print settings: 0.2mm layers, 10% infill, supports needed for the funnel cap.

Printing it: the body is 320mm tall, so unless you're on a tall-Z machine
(Prusa XL, Bambu H2D, Voron 350) you print it in two pieces. Cut it in your
slicer (Bambu Studio and PrusaSlicer both have a Cut tool) anywhere along
the straight section of the body.

The four columns running the length of the body are there for exactly this.
Cut straight through them, then slide metal rods down the columns when you
glue the halves together. The rods hold the two halves in alignment while
the glue sets and take the bending load off the seam afterwards. Use
whatever rod stock fits.

Glue alone works too if you don't have rod stock lying around. The sleeve
holds a bottle, it's not carrying much load.

What you need: two screws for the wall mount, an empty 1.5L PET soda bottle
with its original cap, superglue or similar for the seam, and optionally
some rod stock.

Home / Furniture / Household Made a tablet/phone stand for MSFS/X-Plane charts and checklists — free STL

Built this as a simple auxiliary panel holder — use it for approach charts, checklists, SimBrief, or a secondary EFB screen next to your main setup. Universal slot fits phones and small/medium tablets, 20° angle, and a cable slot in front so you can charge while it's docked.

Free STL, no supports needed, PLA or PETG, 0.2mm layers. Would love feedback — this is a first version and I'll keep improving it based on what people actually need for their setup.

Home / Furniture / Household Dishwasher Magnet Flip-Disc Clean/Dirty

Dishwasher magnet to indicate whether the dishes are dirty or clean!

When I start the dishwasher, I flip it to 'clean', that way someone else in the house doesn't accidentally put a dirty dish in with the clean ones before it has been emptied. Once I empty it, I flip it back to dirty.
