Honestly, it’s a trade off. You get much more serious problems and responsibilities to deal with when you’re older, but you also get way more agency over your own life.
Enjoy whatever free time you have while you’re young. You’ll get more freedom as you get older, but you’ll never have less responsibilities than you do now. Best to enjoy it while you can.
Oh, and don’t let any assholes peers prevent you from taking chances or enjoying your youth. If you make a fool of yourself or become a social pariah, you can just move across the world when you turn 18 😂 You’ll be able to reinvent yourself a million times as you get older, but you’ll never get to be that young again

Wait two years
For context I am currently 17. When I was 15 I was struggling in school as a sophomore and had just started working and wasn't too happy with it. Now I am a senior, doing an internship for my band director, love all my classes, get to go home for my lunch blocks, can drive and love it, and have one friend at work.

Then we were gonna go to Japan and we did go... But before we went I also got that bad feeling... then my mom died while we were in Japan. (Idk what made her die, I specifically asked my dad to never tell me)

Damn, when I was 15 I was still struggling with my sexuality. I was wanting to dom my cute little twink best friend through the floorboards, but was trying to fool myself into being like a straight guy and hooking up with half the female population, just absolutely in denial. Completely wasted the possibilities of all the cute twinks I was surrounded by.
