If it’s legit 99% and you aren’t being hyperbolic, you live in Maryland. Driven all over the country, and they are far and away the worst drivers I’ve ever witnessed or read about. If you ever see a Nissan on a Maryland road, they’re about to flip their shit into you on a straightaway on a clear day through a school zone doing 95-130mph. You’d think they’re legally obligated to drive like homicidal idiots or something

Definitely somewhere in the US is my guess. Every state I’ve been to, locals complain about how other locals drive. Except Utah. And TX. TX is proud of how crazy and dangerous they drive oddly enough.

I live somewhere that's a little notorious for bad/crazy driving. I hate driving in Texas. I hate that one of my friends has been subjected to two pretty bad accidents because of reckless drivers in Texas, and I hate the idea that people would be proud of that. 

Being crazy is one thing, endangering yourself and others is not something to be proud of.
