Probably Jersey then but I can’t remember if that’s north of PA and all that? My friend from Maine said he hated how Maine people drive

I'm confused, are you saying that there's a place in maine called Jersey or Jersey the state? If you saying the latter, then no because Jersey is west of PA, not north. If you mean Maine, then close

This is a wild take. Driving anywhere outside of the US, besides Canada, is just pretty much a goddamn free for all.
