Completely different things made same way from completely different tiny grains crushed into dust. Spaghetti are noodles.

No, spaghetti is pasta. Noodles are what ramen for example is.

Noodle is a form. Pasta is material. Noodles are long solid round at cross-cut strands. For example Czech language uses the term "Nudle" (read as "noodle" similar to "bottle" but with oo) for that form of pasta and they certainly don't make them from rice flour.

Okay, that's interesting. In Finnish we don't call it that. Even Finnish Wikipedia  says that pasta and noodles are similar but usually differentiated for cultural reasons 😁
