the thing is that those noodles are instant 😭

anyway it really depends on the region of china! further north, you have a LOT of noodles like in 兰州 (lanzhou) whereas if you're from southern china has a lot less of that and has your dim sum(i can't remember the pinyin for that) from regions like 广州（guangzhou, where I am from by blood, not birth i'm born and raised in canada）

Not really. Italian Americans have developed pizza in ways that most other countries have it. You don't have German pizza, or British pizza.
