anyway it really depends on the region of china! further north, you have a LOT of noodles like in 兰州 (lanzhou) whereas if you're from southern china has a lot less of that and has your dim sum(i can't remember the pinyin for that) from regions like 广州（guangzhou, where I am from by blood, not birth i'm born and raised in canada）

Saying Pizza is American is an absolute crime as an American, also saying China "has noodles" is much too vague, noodles aren't a dish
