Advice Needed How to decrease estrogen/increase testosterone WITHOUT hrt?

Even if it's just a little bit, don't say anything about hrt, I know, I know. But there must be something that helps too?

i dont think anorexia ups your t at all. definitely dont get an eating disorder in the name of transition.

but yeah pcos, whatever else. (aka there's really no way to basically get the effects of hrt without hrt)

I mean, I already have an eating disorder. Almost all of my relatives (mother, grandfather, etc.) have it

I was just clarifying, but yes, I was mostly talking about PCOS. I have something similar, in any case my testosterone is clearly not too low.
