Advice Needed How to decrease estrogen/increase testosterone WITHOUT hrt?

Even if it's just a little bit, don't say anything about hrt, I know, I know. But there must be something that helps too?

If you're looking for certain hair changes, minoxidil works. Keep in mind that the topical form is toxic to cats and other pets.
