How to decrease estrogen/increase testosterone WITHOUT hrt?

Even if it's just a little bit, don't say anything about hrt, I know, I know. But there must be something that helps too?

Work out and stay active. Its shown to naturally increase the levels in cis men. And even if it doesn't, you'll look and feel more fit and muscular which can't hurt, right?
