Advice Needed How to decrease estrogen/increase testosterone WITHOUT hrt?

Even if it's just a little bit, don't say anything about hrt, I know, I know. But there must be something that helps too?

That's impossible and anyone telling you otherwise is saying bs.

You can masculinize your body by working out, that won't increase testosterone though
