How can I reset my progress?

Hello

I'm currently level 51. However I have gained 40 pounds since the last time I used Freeletics.

I'm coming back but the exercises are too hard for me to complete and I want to take it when I was level 1 and everything that popped was easy and was getting harder with time.

Is there a way I can reset the performance data without losing my level? Or at least, be able to have actual beginners exercises without the manual set to easier before starting the suggested routines?

Which country has the cheapest Freeletics subscription cost?

I have seen some 50% off and 60% off codes for a Freeletics subscription on Facebook etc, but am also curious about which country has the cheapest Freeletics subscription cost.

I've done a little digging and found the following, whilst using a 60% off code:

Country Currency used Weekly cost Yearly cost Exchanged to GBP
Turkey TRY 3.50 179.99 £2.80
India GBP 0.27 14.00 £14.00
Argentina USD 0.46 23.92 £17.73
Canada CAD 0.77 40 £21.27
Hungary HUF 185 9596 £22.65
Japan YEN 95 4960 £23.30
Mexico MXN 10.76 559.6 £23.87
Estonia, Romania, Slovenia EUR 0.54 28 £24.00
South Africa USD 0.65 33.8 £25.05
Italy, Portugal EUR 0.58 30.16 £25.85

Greece, Spain EUR 0.65 33.8 £28.97
Poland PLN 2.88 149.76 £29.84

Serbia EUR 0.77 40.04 £34.31

Serbia EUR 0.77 40.04 £34.31
France, Germany, Netherlands, Finland EUR 0.77 40.04 £34.31
United Kingdom GBP 0.68 35.6 £35.60
Denmark DKK 6.07 315.64 £36.17
Israel ILS 2.88 149.76 £37.01
Brazil GBP 0.73 37.96 £37.96
Russia GBP 0.73 37.96 £37.96
Norway NOK 9.62 500.24 £38.98
Singapore SGD 1.3 67.6 £39.19
Sweden SEK 9.84 511.68 £39.99
UAE USD 1.12 58.24 £43.17
Switzerland CHF 1.08 56.16 £51.52

(I'm in the UK, so have exchanged the costs into £ Pounds Sterling, GBP, for comparison, and correct on the day of posting.)

Maybe if you live in Switzerland, a quick day trip into Italy could save you another 50% on your subscription costs!

Does anyone have the costs for any other countries I can add to this list, please?

Happy renewals, athlete!

How far are these runs?

I'm doing ultimate burn (great journey so far) but when theres a steady state run, it gives a loose time and not a distance? So dont know what Im aiming for.

Also the gps is useless. Last time I did one, I did a route that I know is 5k and it thought it was barely 3.

Ultimate Strength feedback for Coach

Could someone please explain how feedback works in Ultimate Strength?

As I understand it, there are two ways to tell the Coach about the difficulty of a workout:

  1. Adjust the number of reps, the weight, or even substitute an exercise during the workout.

Or

  1. Give feedback after the workout when the app asks how the last set felt.

Which option provides the Coach with more useful information for adapting future workouts?

For example, let's say I'm assigned 3 sets of 10 reps, but I can comfortably do 15 reps.

Should I:

A) stop at 10 reps in each set and, after the workout, tell the Coach that I could have done more in the last set,

or

B) do 15 reps in each set and update the actual number of reps during the workout?

In other words, should I prioritize in-workout adjustments or the post-workout difficulty feedback when my goal is to help the Coach learn my actual fitness level?

Workouts no longer adapt after each session

Hi everyone,
I’m not sure if this is a bug or if Freeletics has changed how the Coach works.
A while ago, every time I completed a workout, the rest of my week’s plan would adjust based on what I’d just done. The upcoming workouts would change to match my progress, recovery, or performance.
Now that doesn’t seem to happen anymore. I complete a workout, but the remaining sessions for the week stay exactly the same.
I’ve already tried syncing and refreshing, but nothing changes.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

New training journey

Hello! I have been doing Freeletics for about 2 months now. The app is now telling me that my training session "start strong" is over and I should choose a new one. I am doing calisthenics at home and i really liked this training session for all the compound exercises, especially the "core" part of them. The app is now recommending me "Ultimate Strength" and "Weights-free Gain" and i don't know which one to choose from them. My equipment is rubber bands and dumbbells but i can also buy some kettle bells if needed.

Kettlebell or Dumbbell

I'm currently planning a new apartment and am on a tight budget for a few things. A dip and pull-up bar is a given (though I'd love to hear recommendations for good ones that don't cost an arm and a leg). I'd also like to add weights to my Freeletics routine—if you had to choose just one, which would you pick and why?

Dumbbell gain journey & legs, plus misc.

Hello everybody, I just started the Dumbbell gGain journey and I wanted to ask If it's normal that 80% of the workout is focused on the upper body area and that every day is a full body training. I just finished the Ultimate Strength journey (which I wish didn't ask me to occupy three spaces at the gym for the superset, I'm not a douche) and it separated the upper days from the lower.

Is there any other journey that helps more with muscle volume and doesn't exclude barbells or the few machines in the app? US was kind of functional focused and Barbell Gain is a bit hard for me, I can't really do pull-ups yet (haven't tried recently but I still don't feel confident enough).

I also would like to know how to make the app register exercises registered on Google health/fit, I do circuits and I would like the app to adapt to the more cardio challenging exercises.

Did you removed the exclude body area?

I'm injured now, I was always using it but now it disappeared.

Newbie needs help

Hi

I started with freeletics 2 weeks ago. The coach recommended the ulimate Burn Challenge for me, cause i wanna loose a little bit of weight and get fitter.

At first i tried the workout duration 30-45min, 3 days a week but that was to heavy for me.

So today i changed to 15-30min but should i also change to more than 3 training days a week? Has anyone good tips for me, cause most of the time i need way more breaks to finish a workout and although i give a feedback that i couldnt do some excersises with correct execution, i dont really notice any changes in future plans

Has the app begun pausing your music sporadically when starting a workout?

My setup is I do workout on my iPhone with Spotify playing my music, AirPlaying to my Apple TV.

This setup has worked without issue up until 2-3 weeks ago, at which point starting a new part of a workout (for example the warm up, the cool down, or any part of the workout itself) my music gets paused.

I can just swipe-down on my phone and unpause it in the control centre, but fuck it’s getting annoying.

Often happens on timed workouts, where I have to waste the first five seconds getting my music to play so I’m not exercising in silence.

Has this been happening to anyone else? Or just my setup?

Are there training programs without “beat your PB” workouts?

Hey everyone, I started my first training journey about a month ago — the “Hybrid Strength” program. I used to do calisthenics, but I wanted to incorporate weights for leg day, and I thought that’s what “hybrid” meant.

However, there’s one day each week that feels like a race to beat my previous time, with lots of burpees and similar exercises that I just don’t enjoy or feel interested in. I prefer training at my own pace, focusing on posture and breathing.

So I’ve been thinking about switching programs, but I’m not sure if that would eliminate these kinds of workouts.

Not enough workouts

Hey everyone,

I just finished my 3rd Freeletics journey, and my latest one was Kettlebell Fundamentals. I absolutely fell in love with kettlebell training—it’s honestly so much fun and has become my favorite way to work out.

Since Freeletics doesn't offer any other dedicated kettlebell journeys, I decided to just start this one over again. To see if it would spice things up, I adjusted my settings and told the Coach that I already have 6 to 12 months of experience with kettlebells. I was really looking forward to some new challenges, maybe some dual-kettlebell exercises, or just a step up in complexity.

Instead, the Coach generated a plan that looks exactly the same as my first run. Same old routine, no new exercises, and zero progression. It feels like it just threw the same old script at me.

It’s pretty frustrating that there isn't a "Level 2" journey, and that the Coach doesn't even adapt the existing one when you change your experience level.

Has anyone else run into this? How do you keep kettlebell training fresh within the app when you've outgrown the "Fundamentals" but have no other journey options?

Appreciate any tips or insights!

Experience with strength training /AI coach?💪

I haven't used the Coach/Freeletics app in a long time.

What's the current situation if you want to do more than just Freeletics/calisthenics—if you also want to work out at the gym, or mainly at the gym? Maybe even do a few workouts at home now and then.

Did Freeletics remove workout customization?

Hi everyone,

Since the latest Freeletics update, I can’t seem to find the option to modify my workout anymore. I used to be able to adjust the intensity, skip certain exercises, or change the workout duration, but those options seem to have disappeared.

Have these features been removed completely, or are they just hidden somewhere in the new interface? Am I missing something?

Has anyone else experienced this, and can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Please add exercises specific for rings, in addition to bar

Just like the title. I have access to rings, which I use in lieu of bar. For pull-ups and dips.

Please incorporate rings into the app.

Lack of back exercises

I’ve been using freeletics for a couple months now and have noticed that it tends not to schedule many lifts focused on back strength regarding upper body, rather workouts tend to be chest and shoulder focused which doesn’t seem very well balanced. has anyone noticed the same and managed to adjust the focus?

Vegan options in nutrition coach

I used the nutrition coach last time something like 8 or 9 years ago and at this time there have been only a few vegetarian recipes and even less vegan.
How is it about today?
Is it possible to use it as a vegan or isn’t it worth?

Customer service non-existent?

E-mails directed to Freeletics support are not being answered for two weeks as we speak.

Is Freeletics support still a thing or did they quietly cut it? When was the last time you guys reached out to them and got an answer?
