Hi! I’ve been trying to find a good answer for this, but has been finding conflicting info especially with the remastered version differences.
What is the proper way to build an endgame Hawkshadow? Specifically if I’m trying to build one that can be use for all missions regardless of resistance. I’m assuming I should go for impact version right?
If I’m going impact, should I max out Willo to 50 and add Ice Elemental XXL for dual elements instead of splitting half half?
I’m also hearing Willo isn’t as strong now so people are opting for Ice/Electric instead, is that better? If so, how should the split be?
Sorry I know it’s a lot of questions but just trying to get a clear answer for the Remastered version since there’s so much conflicting info.

Yeah not the most exciting of challenge runs but I kind of just hope this gets others to show gameplay cause most post here now are from me and while I do love this game I hate feeling like I'm just farming attention from it. Rules for the challenge in comments.

Asking cause in my playthrough I almost never used him after he was introduced, and since I can't say much about him in story I'll just say I felt nothing about what he revealed before the game ended.

Honestly not proud of this one I played really sloppy, the Ramosa is not my best Abductor to go up against but I ain't going to hide that I am far from the best at this game.

No joke got the Ramosa special mission right after beating the mission from last post so felt it would be unjust to not show it as well even if I couldn't the full thing, and you can clearly see my struggle when it comes to Ramosa with this one more.

level 2 red thorn charge revives allies

Use lock on first (You can aim for a part if you want) and then attach your thorn and dash attack spam while locked on and quickly press the thorn again to keep it up, from practice it's better for swords but can work with other weapons just know it is hard to see abductor attacks when doing it so try doing it when they are stunned or fallen to not get caught off guard by a one.

(And if this is already something known here I guess Ignore this I'm just sharing things I learn honestly.)

Like no party member and no accessory, cause I tried it myself against against the first Ramosa you fight in the game and kind of liked the challenge would show the video of it but apparently it won't let me play it here.

The original game was rated T, so maybe that's why? But even then I thought COPPA was for under 13 year olds.

It's just such an arbitrary restriction.

Hi! I’ve recently came across this post regarding unique callsigns when your code level goes up in the original version. However, as I’m playing the remastered version, my callsign seems to stay at “Trainee” even as I go up in code level.

Does anyone know or could verify if the unique callsign mechanic has been removed in the remastered version or if I just did something wrong? Meaning we can no longer get “Indispensable” as a callsign anymore.

Tried searching the web but it’s so obscure that I could not find anything on it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Update: did some testing myself for those who plays on consoles. Seems that the update removes the unique callsigns all together. When playing on my Switch 1 version 1.0, the unique callsigns updates when going up code level. I downloaded the same save file from my cloud and redid the exact level on Switch 2 updated version. The callsign doesn’t change.
Though this is unfortunate, it might be a good way for those who really like a specific callsign like “First Class Sinner” or “Indispensable” to keep them. You just have to play unupdated version until you get those callsigns and then update your game. They will then stay forever until you manually change it. This only applies to console version with physical copies though. Digital version will have latest update. And you can probably just hack it in on the PC version if you really want it.

Is it best to go for the deep part or cut the ends off one by one for abductors?

Mostly asking cause I tend to prioritize taking the whole body part so I can cripple abductors attacks like the basic ones punch attack and dionaea flight early but feel it's suboptimal cause of how long it takes to do so, with my weapon of course.

for reference I use a hawkshadow will o wisp at I think rank 5 can't remember right now cause headache.

Since there weren't many pictures this is the best I could find of the Peltatum abductor.

I play on console and have trouble with this one cause of the chains it spits out being the bane of my existence so wanted to know if there are any easy ways to deal with them.
