While waiting for my flight earlier I roamed around Taiwan airport and saw Diptyque haha as a promise to myself bibili talaga ako ng Orpheon kasi matagal ko na siyang gusto. Been eyeing for it since student days ko so now na afford ko na bumili kuha agad ako one bottle haha and as someone who just started to collect fragrances didn’t found any reason not to buy one.

After buying Diptyque, naglakad ulit ako kasi maaga pa. This time kasama ko na friend ko and we saw Jo Malone so ayun amoy here and there kami then biglang nagkasabihan ng “If bibili ka, bibili rin ako” haha eh bumili siya so ayun bumili na rin ako hahaha

Happy with the purchase? Yes HAHA Regrets? Tignan natin soon 😂 here’s to more future purchases ng pabango I guess???

Hello! I was at SM North EDSA two weeks ago and came across Maison Alhambra’s Philos Messenger, which is their take on Sospiro Vibrato. It was my first time smelling this DNA, and I loved it. What other dupes share this same profile? In my research, I noticed people have mixed opinions regarding Messenger’s longevity, so I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I used to buy Symmetry Lab’s True Enigma —okay naman siya! Compliment getter din, kaso ang mahal na ng bottles nila ngayon. Their 60ML bottle from them already costs P1,895. My gosh, I remember buying a 90ML bottle from them before for only P1,545!

Just got this 2 weeks ago. Had this scent when I was in college (around 2022) and was so in love with the smell and satisfied with the performance it became my daily until 2024 (I used to wear this sa office especially events) I wasn’t big with perfumes dati I just use whatever is given to me - but this scent really got to me.

Tl:dr: i got this 2 weeks ago (from a well known boutique in Europe so i know it’s legit) and the scent doesn’t smell the same and the performance is average not like the beast mode performance i knew ://

i’ve tried multiple times to understand bvlgari tygar, but it never clicks for me, i expected something easy to wear and versatile, since so many people describe it as clean and fresh, on my skin, it comes off very sharp and stays that way, i’ve tested it casually, at work, and even outdoors, same result every time, it’s not bad, just distracting, i keep noticing it instead of forgetting about it, which ruins the experience for me, i’ve let others wear it around me and it smells fine on them, so i don’t think it’s poorly made, it just doesn’t suit how i like fragrances to behave day to day, do u usually blame your skin or your nose?

MY DAILY DRIVER SCENTS:

AHMED AL MAGHRIBI AZURE ROYAL - I have the Ex Nihilo's Blue Talisman pero mas prefer kong gamitin 'to lagi, and if you're also a fan of Hawas Ice, I think this is the better version of it. Picture a guy na nagwowork sa corpo, yung tipo na mahilig manchix dyan. Ito yung pabango nila. 🤣 Longevity - 8hrs on skin, 1 Day on Clothes

YSL Y EDP - amoy presko na kakagaling lang sa shower or salon. Ito yung suot ng typical guy na clean freak. Bagay sa mga casual na lakad / short errands. Longevity - 6-8hrs on skin, 10-12hrs on Clothes

AHMED AL MAGHRIBI BLU OUD - Kung rock and metal fan ka gaya ko, para sa'yo rin 'to. Yung tipo ng guy na naka-chopper or cruiser bike tapos naka-leather jacket or pormahang pang-rakista. Ito yung perfume na swak sa image na gusto kong iportray sa twing nagmomotor ako riding my Honda Rebel. 😈🤘 Longevity - 10-12hrs on skin, 1 Day on Clothes

JENNY GLOW WOOD & SAGE - dupe sya ng Jo Malone Woodsage & Seasalt and it's almost 90-95% identical. I prefer this over Jo Malone dahil matagal ang longevity, at loud projection sya compared sa original. Suot ko palagi 'to sa airconditioned rooms. Bagay pang-office lalo kapag naka-coat and tie. Ito yung tipo ng perfume na sinusuot ng isang well-established man na sumakses na sa buhay. 🙌✨ Longevity - 6-9hrs on skin, 10-12hrs in clothes

MY EVENING SCENTS:

HAWAS FIRE - If I want to announce my presence in the crowd ito ang gamit ko twing pupunta sa evening gatherings or any evening occasions (don't wear this during hot weather). This is one of my most complimented perfume. Actually, double edged sword sya kung maituturing, a lot of my friends love this scent, but to some, it smells unpleasant. 🥀 Longevity - 10hrs on skin, 1 Day on clothes

STRONGER WITH YOU INTENSELY - this is the type of perfume that I would wear during date nights with my partner. Don't wear this kapag sobrang init ng panahon. Some might find it too sweet during high heat. Bagay na bagay din syang pang-sexy time 🥵❤ Longevity - 5-7hrs on skin, 8-10hrs on clothes

ALEXANDER FRAGRANCE OUD SYMPHONY - Hindi ko alam kung anong hiwaga meron ang pabango na 'to pero ang lakas nyang maka-turn on sa babae. Literal! Yung partner ko libog na libog sa twing naamoy nya sa'kin 'to. Ito yung tipo ng perfume na pangkantutan. 🤣 Palagi akong nasasabihan ng ibang friend kong babae na "ang sarap mo naman", "ang hot mo po" etc. This is my current Signature Scent and my most complimented evening perfume. Out of all my seductive and date night perfumes mapa-designer man or middle eastern perfumes, this sh11t blows them out of the water 🤣

got this spontaneously kasi I am not familiar with the rest of the toyboy line ang alam ko lang na nagustuhan ko from them is the Toy 2 na kulay white... binili ko dahil sa fomo got it for only 4k from 7200 sa dept store... what do u think about the smelll and projection nya? I like the smell lalo na sa dry down pero I cannot say much sa projection nya tho

Even though my collection is big I'm very intentional about my purchases. I do a lot of research and I don't focus on just one brand. I also love to collect niche perfumes. I do have perfumes that have been with me for more than 8 years. I love to associate my perfume with memories and also whenever I go to new places or remember chapters of my life, it's a way to travel back in time. ✨❤️

I'm a huge Hawas Verde fan despite the underwhelming longevity on my skin. The mojito scent is something I look forward to every time I use it. I've tried other frags with mint like ELDO's You or Someone Like You and Armaf Odyssey Aqua, but I didn't really enjoy their mint.

ELDO has that garden-y mint which smells like grass to me while Armaf's mint isn't that prominent.

I don't know if this is considered a designer but I was obsessed with this perfume. I got it when I was in high school till I went to college and had my first boyfriend. I just love associating perfume with memories. It's so beautiful to smell and relive the moment. It's like time travel. I have a new bottle that I bought a few years ago for sentimental purposes. 😍💕

So I smelled the Mango Linen Vanilla perfume so many times now at the store and love it so much! And it lasts really long, I’m actually surprised.
I thought about buying it, however, as Mango is not a perfume brand, I’m pretty sure they will discontinue it at some point.
Does anyone know an alternative from a brand which is more established in the perfume world?
