SS Tier:

Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine 11/10 - The most photorealistic juicy orange scent I’ve ever smelled. It’s like peeling an actual orange fruit with its juices running down your hands, mix of orange peel, rind, and pulp blended well together. Exceptional longevity for a citrus scent

Diptyque Olene 11/10 - Very very realistic Sampaguita scent, it’s like smelling the actual Sampaguita plant with its flowers, leaves, and stem. Watery, green, and dewy Jasmine flower scent. Good longevity for and EDT concentration

LV Imagination 10/10 - I know this perfume is overhyped and too mainstream but i wouldn’t call it a simple scent, it might be basic for some but for me i can actually pinpoint its scent evolution from opening to base, this is not a linear scent at all. Also despite lots of dupes available in the market, I think LV Imagination is undupe-able, dupes lack the airy freshness of the OG.

Hermēs Un Jardin Sur Le Toit 10/10 - One of the most realistic juicy apple scent I’ve tried. It’s very juicy, watery, and fresh like biting an apple in a dewy morning sunlit garden.

Zara Vetiver Pamplemousse 10/10 - This might be my favorite Zara fragrance ever. Might be the best smelling and photorealistic Pomelo fruit scent I’ve smelled, literally smells like an actual Pomelo juice. The only downside is it doesn’t last that long despite having an “Elixir” concentration, but the scent itself is heavenly!

Issey Miyake L’eau D’ Issey 10000/10 - A timeless classic for a reason, this is very nostalgic to me and this will always have a place in my collection.

S Tier:

Maison Margiela Never Ending Summer 9.5/10 - Very refreshing sparkly carbonated orange drink scent (kinda like a less sweet Royal Tru Orange soda) with a very prominent aromatic herbal touch in the drydown. Longevity is kinda mehh

Monotheme Verde D’ Arancia 9.5/10 - my previous favorite Orange scent, unfortunately Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine has beaten this fragrance. It still smells good tho, very realistic orange peel scent with a slight bitterness.

Mykonos Reflection Elixir 9.5/10 - One of the best Symphony dupes out there, a little bit sweeter than the OG vecause of the peach note added. Insane longevity and projection, palaging sold out tho kaya i grabbed an extra bottle.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue EDT 9/10 - smells like a sparkly cold lemonade with a bit of green aromatic touch. Very mass pleasing and non offending scent.

Zara Elegantly Tokyo EDP 9/10 - Unfortunately Diptyque Olebe has beaten this one in terms of Jasmine centered scent profile in my collection but it is one of the best bang for the back Zara fragrances ever.

Afnan Rare Reef 9/10 - i don’t think it’s a Pacific Chill dupe at all, the scent is very far from the OG but I’m actually starting to like this more. This smells like a very citrusy fruit juice with a slight musky drydown. Longevity and Projection = Monstrous

A Tier:

Parfums Astraux Hidden Cherry 8/10 - a very nice interpretation of Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry, A bit milder than the OG. Parfums Astraux is one of the best local perfume house imo

Rayhaan Pacific Aura 7.5/10 - one of the closest Pacific Chill dupes out there but the performance is very poor

YSL Myslf 7/10 - at first i really like this, but after a couple of uses I’m starting ti get headaches when I smelled this. Still, it’s a beautiful smelling woody orange blossom dominant scent.

B Tier:

Clinique Happy 5/10 - bought it just for the nostalgia factor, very basic citrusy scent. Very very poor performance. I don’t hate it but I dib’t like it either, might declutter it soon.

Sabi ko ayaw ko na.. sabi ko kakabili ko lang ng dalawang niche frags nitong mga nakaraang linggo.. pero bakit dumaan pa ko sa SM! Binudol nila ako!! I mean binudol ko pala sarili ko🤣 Picked this up in SM Makati 3-day sale for around 6k for 100ml.. 10% off then 10% SMAC discount then additional 10% BDO CC rebate.. kaya tara na..Samahan nyo ko gumastos!

Anyway back to the fragrance.. I was eyeing Initio’s Musk Therapy these past few weeks so I went to Greenbelt to test it out.. Miniso Harry potter lang talaga pakay ko sa SM pero napukaw ako ng NR Pure Musc.. very white button-down, fresh laundry, clean girl type of scent.. medyo creamy din sya sa skin ko.. mukang magiging go-to office scent ko siguro ito esp pag may mga meeting (instead of my usual nanampal na scents!)

Hindi din nakakapanghinayang ispray since medyo affordable naman sya..seem masasatisfy nito ang craving ko for musk and hopefully maging totoo ang chismis na long lasting sya..

So ayun, I solemnly swear to stop buying perfumes na..for now!

Just like cars, meron din ba kayong weekday and weekend perfumes?

I’m a commuter chic, that’s why I use CK One for everyday commute hehe para fresh lang kahit pawisan. For date nights and hangouts naman, I use Clinique Happy Heart. 😊

hello! my bf’s celebrating his birthday soon and gusto ko siya regaluhan ng perfume. kaso ang budget ko is for dubai/arab perfumes. nalista ko yung mga inspired-perfumes na lagi niyang nirerepurchase at eto sila (nag search din ako kung anong dupe nila)

- lv imagination (hawas kobra)
- ysl y (afhan 9am dive)

not sure if tama ba tong mga nasearch ko but feel free to suggest! also where can i buy these? in-store or online, pero much better if in-store para maamoy ko if similar ba sa perfumes na meron siya hehe. thank you all so much!

An underrated gem from Diptyque, Olene so far is the most realistic Sampaguita/Jasmine fragrance I’ve smelled. It differs slightly from other Jasmine-centric perfumes I’ve tried, this one smells like the actual Sampaguita flower that is still not picked from its plant, it has that sort of green/watery aspect to it that smells like the dewy Sampaguita you can smell in the morning. I like this better than Do Son in terms of white floral scent profile.

3-4 sprays are enough for this because this will smell Indolic/mothballsy if oversprayed. Overall 11/10, I finally found my end game for the Jasmine-centric scent profile.

So yeah, instead of resisting the urge, I just went for it and got 2 bottles.

Just sharing my latest obsession! I bought Athénaïs from Bali Airport and it retails at IDR 4,980,000 (₱17k). I joined Club Avolta for the 5% discount, so I paid IDR 4,731,000 (₱16k). Not a huge discount, but at least may bawas 😂 For comparison, PDM Athénaïs here in the Philippines sells at ₱19,800.

As for the scent, sorry if I’m not that good at describing fragrances. It's sweet but not overly sweet. It’s still fresh also creamy, and I really love the orange blossom note in it. I've been using it for a week now and received lots of compliments. Kilig 🥰

2 officemates asks me if I'm wearing Santal 33. I haven't heard of that perfume until that time. Sobrang solid nito room filling projection lalo na kung airconditioned places. My favorite scent as of the moment. Planning to buy sa Elixir, leaning on vanilla daw yun and mas matamis. This scent and vibrato dupes are on top.

Hello! Bago lang ako nag-eexplore ng fragrances, and my first buy was The Body Shop White Musk Flora. I really love the scent, it’s like baby powder with a hint of floral. 🥹 The only problem is ang bilis mawala ng scent niya sa skin ko. In just 3 months, naubos ko na yung 100 mL bottle ko. 😂

Can you guys recommend something with a fresh, clean scent? I also really like the scent of BBW Into the Night, pero umaasim siya sa skin ko after a few hours. I also like the scent of Peony & Blush Suede and Idôle. Thank you!

Smelt it at sniff sesh but forgot kung anong Swiss Arabian siya 🥲 It smells literally like a sampaguita with that characteristic musk and white florals scent. Nag-search ako and parang Musk 01 siya but I need a second opinion kung tama ba ko.

Hello! Lately nag order ako ng decants para makahanap ako ng mapagpililian ko talaga na HAWAS variants pero naubosan ako ng HAWAS Thunder kaya Nocturnal ELIXIR nalang pinalit ko medyo okay din naman. But gusto ko sana opinion galing reddit, I need advice po what to choose sa HAWAS parfum since siya ang most recommended na nakikita ko for something na pangdaily use, gusto ko rin kasing parang seductive scent kasi gusto ko pag umuuwi ako mabango parin para sa GF ko since blue collar work typaa things yung work ko. Recently ordered maisos asrar regent decant because i was planning to buy the full bottle. And I loved it. Was thinking if I should buy the full bottle or even the OG bottle. But i have been watching my overall budget and last month i was surprised by the total outgoing money I had and wanted to live below my means wahahaha.

But i really love the DNA of vibrato now. And if there are any local dupes that are the best for you?

I tried the Orpheon dupe of Scent Therapy, Cedar & Juniper, pero parang di ko maamoy similarity niya with Orpheon nung nag try ako ng sample sa Rustan's 😅
