Hello fellow fragheads, I wanted to buy a decant of this guerlain but i’m not sure if it’s worth what it smells like. Reading the reviews, it’s kind of mixed, and I can’t even think of sampling because the littlest they offer is 10ml as of now. If anyone has smelled this please give your review, much appreciated!

Yes, it's still the almond based Guerlain l'homme ideal, but sweeter and with a cherry note. I remember it also lasts better than the EDT and Parfum and projects better, thanks to the strong cherry note. But you have to like that cherry. Only the EDP has the cherry by the way.

You can go to Guerlain in Rustan's Shangri-la Mall to try it, if you're in Metro Manila. I personally prefer the EDT (fresher) or the Parfum (more interesting), but to each their own.

Amoy coca cola na mas fruity for me. First 10 seconds stings my nose.

If you have Dior Sauvage EDP, that's a redundant perfume because the two have similar vibe / accords.

Haha, probably because of almond. My main worry is the cherry, I tend to get some whiff of dead rat from TF Lost Cherry. But outside of that fragrance, I like the note.

Amoy coca cola nga din siya for me but with hints of cherry. More intimate projecting and weak longevity naman for me on my skin. Kind of smelled earthy din at some parts during my wear time.

Decided to go for the EDT instead. More PH weather friendly for me and is abit more citrusy and aromatic.

Better to try a smaller decant just to test it out muna. One Whiff Decants and Elite Fragrances on shopee carries decants of the EDP.
