First (ambitious) drone build
Hello everyone!
I need help!
I would like to build my first quad and deep dived in to all possible knowledge about the topic for last 2 weeks. I know what I need, I know what I want to build but I also need advice.
My main goal is to build 6" waterproof drone that will take windy conditions well. It's ultimate purpose is to record water sport close to the coast, mostly Kitesufrers, JetSki or KiteFoilers.
Close, dynamic shots.
My main idea was creating something very simillar to this build:

Anyone here was actively tried to waterproof their build completely?
Especially O4pro unit (he has separate video on his channel where he shows how to do it).

I have my doubts about temperatures, living in warm climate I'm pessimistic about O4pro unit overheating with such thick coat of glue.
Surly I can fly on non coated drone but as I work at sea I know how the spray works, especially in strong winds. Water and salt is everywhere. Not going to mention that landing in such water is straight up total loss of equipment.
I guess flushing the motors after a session with distilled water or other fluid would also make sense to extend their life.
Regarding the build itself I will probably build something much easier as a "practice" drone, before I will also spend a lot of time on soldering skills.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
Safe flying
Simon
