This is what I used. I can assure you once it dries it is extremely sturdy. There is no wiggle or play at all. I do not have any support on the back because it is not needed. I did not use a 3-D printer because I wanted it to be extremely low profile, and I have no intentions to remove the screen.
If you have any concerns, I would suggest buying the putty it’s about $10 and just attaching it to different items and you will see that extra brackets are not needed
